This hotel has dedicated parking space for motorcycles.There are basic facilities in the room. Please note that the hotel does not provide breakfast and the convenience store is located some distance away. It is suitable for staying before self-driving travel.If you plan to visit northern Okinawa for a few days, this hotel has a high CP value.

I stayed in a premium double room. The room had a double bed, a single bed in the loft, and a sofa bed, but the receptionist told me that there was only a double bed and that if I wanted to add a bed, there would be an additional charge.Even though I showed them that the number of beds was listed on the website, this room only had a double bed, which didn't mean I could add an extra bed. Don't blame booking.com for its poor system.Even if you look at the website, it says so, but if you have to pay an additional fee, you can get it! When I didn't take a step back, the person who came out from the back started telling me that he was sending an email to make sure there was no misunderstanding.When I looked at the email, there was no mention of it.Since they couldn't send the email due to a mistake in the arrangement, they said they would offer a special bet at no additional charge. What a farce this is. Too unscrupulous.I wasted about 30 minutes accepting it, and ended up having a late dinner.The room I was shown to was on the first floor, and it smelled extremely musty.The air conditioner was filthy at first glance and I called a staff member to clean it, but it was too smelly. The inside filter, which cannot be touched, has become moldy and must be thoroughly cleaned by a professional.My children and husband won't stop coughing all night, and I have a headache.If you don't want to get sick, ruin your trip, and have the worst memories, choose another hotel.Also, my room was on the first floor, but there was only one cell phone signal, which was extremely inconvenient.

The attached restaurant was a highlight, serving delicious Japanese cuisine and beer.Additionally, the hotel offers ample parking for guests at no extra charge, which was a significant convenience for us as we traveled by car. Overall, Phoenix Park Hotel was a lucky find that checked all our boxes and more. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I had been interested in this hotel for a long time because it was close to the Nippon Ham spring training stadium. The front desk customer service at check-in was polite and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The gill breathing at the adjacent izakaya also seemed to be doing well. However, there was a high step between the room and the bathroom, and I was disappointed that they didn't make it barrier-free during the renovation work. There was a cat sleeping in the parking lot lol

The room is compact but has everything you need.The bed is soft, so it's hard to sleep, and the pillows are high.This is a matter of personal preference, but I don't think it's suitable for people with back problems. There was a step in the toilet and it was difficult to use. I can hear various sounds from next door and above me.Other than that, it's a very comfortable hotel for the price!

It is very convenient to stay for two consecutive nights to go to the Beautiful Ocean Aquarium, Nago Pineapple Garden, Kouri Island and the Nago Zoological and Botanical Garden. Three parking lots are provided for free, but there is no guarantee that there will be a parking space. Free laundry and drying are provided. Service, you can purchase a pack of laundry detergent at the counter for 100 yen. I think it’s pretty good. Supplies are provided on each floor and are easy to take. Our accommodation is 2 large and 1 small with single beds*2+ Sofa bed*1, the size of the bed is very sufficient, but the room and toilet space are not big. The toilet has to stand in the bathtub to make it more convenient to take a bath. If it is too high, you may have to sit down to take a bath!The most convenient place is next to the gas station, and near the hotel is McDonald's, a yakiniku restaurant, Don Quijote, and a 24-hour supermarket!

Since I wasn't sightseeing this time and didn't have a rental car, I chose this hotel within walking distance from the bus center. The front desk staff was very kind and made my stay comfortable. I had a twin room, but the whole room had a musty smell. I don't know if it's the air conditioner or what, but it's humid so I guess it can't be helped. The cleaning was thorough, so other than the musty smell, I felt it was a very good hotel.

This was the perfect spot for our 5 day stay in Nago.Pros: The location was convenient for traveling throughout the island and there was easy access to restaurants and groceries/amenities nearby. One of the highlights of staying here is that across the street is a beautiful park with the most stunning beach. It was wonderful to be able to wake up in the morning and walk across the street for a a swim. Another highlight of this hotel is the well stocked amenities available on each floor (ironing board, robes, slippers, toothbrushes) as well as the laundry service. Also, there is a lovely little cat who hangs out in the parking lot to welcome visitors in and out.Cons: No room service (added fee for cleaning during stay) rooms and parking lot are fairly tight. Also, when we booked it looked like breakfast was included, but the restaurant was closed during the stay.

This is a great hotel , very clean and rooms are a decent size , the staff are always on hand and provide excellent service , not far from surrounding beaches and the bus terminal, short walk into the main town recommend this as great place to stay in nago , they offer car parking and rental service + free to use laundry facilities awesome place would definitely stay again
