This is a guest house where you can stay at a low price on Miyakojima. This is a reliable accommodation for long-term stayers. It's easily accessible and you can cook your own meals. The staff keeps it clean every day. It's a guesthouse after all, so comparing it to a hotel is nonsense. Recommended for those who are used to traveling.

I’m so glad that I have spent 10 days at this guest house, I even extended my stay simply because this place was just great!- This guest house is located in very center of the city, so you can get to the nice restaurants and the beaches by foot.- The room I stayed was Japanese style room, which is large enough for two persons.- There is two shower units, two bathrooms, one laundry machine (100JPY), and two fridges shared with all guest, you can use water outside the hotel to wash your foot and gears. You can meet nice and beautiful island people!! Highly recommended!

I was able to spend a comfortable time at a reasonable price. A washing machine (100 yen per use) is a blessing for long-term residents. There was a supermarket just a short walk away, and I enjoyed cooking in the clean kitchen. I'm happy to be able to make something similar with Okinawan ingredients. I confirmed that the free seasonings include ``soy sauce, sugar, salt, mentsuyu, and chicken stock''. Paid drinks in the refrigerator include Sanpin tea for 100 yen and Chuhai for 200 yen. Convenient when you don't have enough to drink. When you take a walk around your neighborhood, you'll see lots of local cats. so cute. It feels like traveling to a remote island. thank you for helping me.

I went there for the first time in 5 years, but I had a great time meeting the owner and talking about the old days in a friendly atmosphere.

It feels more like a guest house where you can stay overnight without meals rather than a guest house where you can expect Yuntaku. The walls of the room are thin so it might not be suitable for couples! Also, the entire building smelled terrible.

The walls in the private room were thin and I could hear the voices next door and the TV.

Other than the fact that the location is a little difficult to find, it's convenient because you can walk to a convenience store, supermarket, and the beach in about 10 minutes. The toilets and showers are clean, and the dormitory also has a locker with a lock (with plenty of room for a day bag). *Dormitory rooms will be abolished in 2019, so be sure to check. The owners are very kind and Yuntaku is available in the living room on the first floor until 11pm. Although it seems to be irregular, there are times when we eat together over potluck dishes or side dishes. There is a twin room with a shower on the second floor, but unfortunately the shower room and bedroom are separated by a single shower curtain, so it gets very humid.Addendum 2023/9/29On Facebook, the current owner and his wife are retiring due to poor health and are putting the shop up for sale. Accommodation seems difficult at the moment. If a new manager is found, it may remain as a place to stay, but it has not been decided yet.
