Budget of 2300 yen even though it's not a dormitory. Competent & excellent! There is air conditioning in the private room. It cools down properly. The internet is also perfect. Having a kitchen and refrigerator is a big plus. There are no insects on the bed. Moths wander in from somewhere. There are a certain number of untidy customers, so the common areas are not very clean.

They say that from next time you make a reservation at a place like this, you won't be left alone.

The price was very low and I had a very comfortable stay. As others have said, the building itself may be old and the walls may be a little thin, but considering the price, I'm very satisfied! If you want the quality of a hotel, why not spend a certain amount of money and stay at a hotel?

I feel like this is based on the goodwill of the guests. It's cheap and comfortable, so I want them to continue using it for as long as possible.

Everyone, don't stay here. absolutely!First of all, it's dirty. I have no intention of cleaning. Some people write in other reviews that it can't be helped because it's old, but are the old temples in Kyoto dirty? I want to ask. And it smells. Smells like pet odor. and management system. I didn't even see the manager. What should I do if there is a problem?

Personally, I think this price is normal, but the room, toilet, and bath are dirty.Women should be careful as there is no etiquette box in the women's restroom ⚠️ You can use the washing machine for 200 yen, but there are no hangers or dryers, so it is better to use the coin laundry.I contacted them about wanting to try diving, but they said they weren't doing it at the moment, so I asked them for an introduction, but they were extremely slow in getting back to me, so I went to another shop. The walls are thin, the room smells strange, and the air conditioner costs 250 yen a day, so I don't recommend it.

I think the location is quite good as there are convenience stores, pubs, and ferry terminals within walking distance. However, as mentioned in other people's reviews, there is no soundproofing performance. You can hear almost all the sounds of everyday life, such as low voices talking, the creaking of the bed, the sound of the toilet flushing, the sound of taking a shower, and the water running in the sink.On the day I stayed, I couldn't sleep because a long-term guest came back from a bar after 11pm and had a binge in the common space.I got the impression that the inn was not cleaned because I could hardly stay there during the day.We highly recommend bringing travel slippers, which are sold at Hyakuyen stores. (The soles of your feet will be full of dust)When checking in, there is a notebook on top of the shoe box, so please write your name and address there. The room is written on the whiteboard near the notebook, so please enter that room. There is a parking lot on the left side when you look in front of the entrance. Reservation required: 1000 yen per day. (The large open space on the right is different, so don't make a mistake.)You can freely use the kitchen and common spaces. There is a washing machine in the changing room (detergent is available for 200 yen per use. No fabric softener)There is a bathtub, but you cannot use it, only a shower (shampoo, conditioner, and body soap provided)There are two Western-style toilets in the toilet room, separated by gender and next to each other. (You can hear the sound next door, so if one of them is in use, it's best not to enter.)Air conditioner in the room (250 yen for 12 hours)Use the refrigerator in the kitchenThis is a recommended accommodation if you want to enjoy dormitory life, as you will be lucky to meet other guests. If you want to have a good night's sleep with good privacy, we highly recommend staying at a different accommodation.
