EDIT: My toilet has pee stains at the bottom: COM'ON NGIS!🤢🤮Contrary to popular belief, I'm staying at this NGIS and: the room is perfection 👌 Clean, spacious, affordable, functional. Oh, did I mention clean? However, service is... average. We arrived late-ish at night and, after spending 24 hours hopping from flight to flight, our brain couldn't even connect to ask questions. So basically, from the check-in location, we had to take a taxi to a totally different area of the base. Also, we had to pay for it 🤔😒 Then, we arrived. Myself, I went into my room and was blessed enough to have no issues. My counterpart, however, wasn't so lucky: his key wasn't working. He couldn't get in his room. Now, mind by then it was late at night and mind that you can't just hop to the front desk and ask for help because it's a 10 minutes taxi ride away. His cell also wasn't working in Japan... needless to say, he finally made it to bed late, angry, and exhausted.Myself, after buying some groceries in the morning, I tried to get back into the building, and my key doesn't work with none of the external doors. Mind, it's a gazillion degrees here and humidity in the air feels like breathing water. I was blessed enough to catch a lady who was entering the building, but by then I was soaking in sweat and my bag of salad had reached evaporation status. Com'on NGIS!Also, I'm going to assume breakfast is not included, as no one addressed that concern at check in, and laundry facilities are complementary in the building, if you were wondering. They do answer the phone promptly though 😅Oh, one more thing, Thomas - the maintenance man who fixed my key issue: give that man a raise! So incredibly pleasant, kind, and thorough. He really made my day, despite the inconvenience created by the malfunction.
