You can enjoy Miyako's best French cuisine prepared by master chef Kinoshita.The unique feature is that all of the dishes are made with ingredients from Miyakojima.Another advantage is that they manage all customers by serial number to ensure that no one is served the same dish.The selection of ingredients, the cooking method, and the presentation are all beautiful.Conversation not only improves the taste, but also softens the atmosphere.Attentiveness from the staff.I felt a sense of comfort that I had never felt before.

I went to dinner with my family during Golden Week, and the delicious food and the cheerful and attentive staff made me want to stay there next time, so I decided to stay there for 3 nights during my summer vacation.Each of the three nights we had a different and delicious meal, and my family and I looked forward to dinner each day. The room was clean and I felt very comfortable. I would like to go again with my family♪

Miyakojima for the first time in 5 years. During that time, I visited Okinawa's remote islands about twice a year, but Miyakojima still has the most beautiful sea! I realized that. At that time, an acquaintance told me that a wonderful inn had opened on this island, and I made an early reservation. We stayed for two nights, and as we love food, they did not disappoint our expectations and provided us with very satisfying meals in the morning and evening.The detached rooms with private pools offer privacy and a relaxing space.However, the room fragrance was too strong for me personally. I have a preference for scents, and in a space where I spend a lot of time, a scent that was too strong (for me) became a pain, so I put up with it for a day, but unfortunately I had to remove it from the room the next day. (So service ⭐︎4)Amenities in original pouches are provided with new pouches every day, providing a luxurious treatment. (However, wooden toothbrushes are only provided once)At night, if you go out to the adjacent beach to look at the starry sky, you will see the Milky Way and a sky full of stars without any light pollution! When heading to the beach, there were lots of cute geckos and stag beetles on the walls of the hotel, and along the path through the wooded area along the way, there were cute Miyako toads and magnificent giant crabs, making it an irresistible environment for wildlife lovers! (←About me lol)Every time I sat down for dinner, the owner spoke to everyone politely and communicated with them, which made me feel welcome, but I also got to know the owner's compassion and warmth as a person through the staff working at the hotel. I was able to do that.It was a great stay, as I was able to meet some staff members who wanted to cheer me on.Furthermore, during dinner, there were many customers other than hotel guests, and the place was fully booked. In fact, I think it's a good value to visit just for the meals, so even if you can't make a hotel reservation, it's a good option to visit just for the meals.

A private villa with only 5 rooms will open in 2020 on Miyakojima, Okinawa Prefecture.The owner is Chef Takesei Kinoshita, a famous French chef in Tokyo.It is understandable that it is difficult to make a reservation because it is a 5-room villa. Chef Kinoshita's cooking has an auberge feel. The restaurant is certified by France's prestigious restaurant rating "Goemilot"The standard room has two beds and an indoor pool instead of an open-air bath. The interior has a high ceiling and a sense of openness.There is a private beach near #Sunayama Beach at the end of the path.
