I used it a few years ago, and the room was clean and spacious, and the rooftop pool and bar were also nice. The izakaya and sushi restaurant on the 1st floor were both delicious and we had a great time. If I have a chance to go to the main island, I would definitely like to use it again.

The check in was a little confusing as there are no staff working, all automated machines, and the entry to the room is through a pin, and the pool is pretty medium size. Very good interior and would like to go again.

The rooms were spacious for a condominium, perfect for a family of five.Stayed for 3 days on the upper floor with 2 parking spaces.Good pointswasher and dryer:I spent every day at the pool with my children, and this dryer was a big help. It dries in an instant, so one swimsuit was enough.Room size:It's comfortable enough for two families. It may feel small when you share the living room, but the bedroom also has a separate toilet and shower room, giving you a nice feeling of privacy.Petit ocean view:Although it is blocked by the American Village building, the ocean view faces west, so the view is nice (maybe only on the upper floors).Top floor pool:Past reviews seem to have mentioned some young people with poor morals, but when I visited this time, I didn't see any such customers, just families with children. Everyone played around for about an hour and then went back to their rooms, so even though it was Obon, it didn't feel that crowded.Bad pointsparking:Your room number is written in the parking lot and you are supposed to park there. However, I was only parked in that designated parking space once in three nights. A car of unknown origin was parked there, and even though we had booked a room on the upper floor with the benefit of a reserved parking lot, we ended up with no place to park.I contacted the hotel, but they simply told me to park my car where there was an empty spot, and they had no intention of responding. The first time, I persevered and moved to an empty parking lot. On the second day, there was a different car parked there!I felt there was no point in inquiring anyway, so I parked in an empty spot again. The website states that cars parked overnight without permission will be locked. Despite the warning, the hotel does not register the car at check-in, so the hotel has no idea which car belongs to the guest. On the other hand, if you are familiar with this system, you won't find out if you use this parking lot for free.Although the location was good and the pool on the top floor was great, I had a bad experience due to the poor response of the staff and the vulnerability of the system.Overall, I would have given it 5 stars, but I only gave it 3 stars because of the staff's response. I hope it improves.

I stayed for 2 nights in a premium suite condo on the upper floor.I noticed some mold in the bathroom.For guests staying on the upper floors, there is a designated parking lot with space for two cars vertically, but the instructions were vague, so people parked in front of our car without permission, and we couldn't get out of the car, so we had to make a reservation. I won't be able to make it in time for dinner.There was no staff at the front desk, so I asked them to help by phone, but it was inconvenient.The next day, when I came back for lunch, I couldn't park my car because a customer from the restaurant on the first floor had already parked there.The restaurant on the first floor told me that the hotel had told me that there were no guests staying in this room number today. They said. We are not cooperating!
