I've used it several times, but I think they've been slacking on the cleaning and maintenance of the guest rooms recently❗First of all, the flooring was rough as soon as I moved in...it hadn't been cleaned⁉️Toilet full of dust❗Mold in the bathroom, hair...Kitchen drain net...have you changed it?Refrigerator... When you open it, it's leftover food from the previous user❗can't believe it. It's the worst.

As expected, it was so dirty that I would say, "This doesn't exist." There was a lot of dust between the refrigerator and the kitchen, under the bed, and next to the washing machine, and the sink and bathroom were full of mold. I bought some mold removal spray at the pharmacy and cleaned it. There were leftover items left under the sink that appeared to have been left by the previous guest. The toilet has a strong ammonia smell and the air conditioner is full of mold...🥲I thought this might be the case, so I bought some detergent and washed the washing machine in the room with a barrel, but even after doing it about 4 times (2 times with chemicals and 2 times without chemicals), the black mold was still there.Every time I read a review saying it was beautiful, I wondered if the place we stayed was somewhere else? That's about it. Unfortunately, I won't be staying there again.

I stayed in room 405 for 3 nights.The interior is cleaner than Mr.KINJO in MATUO.It has IH so you can cook, but for some reason it doesn't work in Mestin.Even if you press the heat button, the power will turn off.Will it be so light that it will be recognized as not carrying anything?Even though the toilet is not big enough, it still smells😅Why?Motorcycles can be parked on the left side of the first floor, soNo need to worry about getting wet in the rain.

Check-in is on the second floor. There is a parking lot on the first floor and a supermarket next to it.The room has a washing machine, microwave, and induction cooker. You can rent pots and pans. The bed is just right and comfortable to sleep on. The bathtub is very small and can only accommodate one person. The bed is very comfortable and just right.

If you're staying with two people, Miss Kin is the best value for your money.I used to get back pain because the mattress was so squishy, but now I'm using a normal mattress.

Room is decent, and the price is good, but please, clean up properly..it was extremely unpleasant to find a dirty microwave, floor next to the fridge, someone's used razor...

It's beautiful and easy to use, but it's far from the station and the roads are bad, so it's inconvenient to move around in a carrying case. Also, if you stay for consecutive nights, you pay the same price as one night, so it would be nice if you could change the sheets for free after three nights, for example.

You’ve done it again Mr K! Every time I stay in one of your self contained suites it feels like a slice of home. Rooms are roomy and cheap, well located and if you can’t find the place don’t worry another Mr. Kinjo will magically pop up before your eyes. Seriously their hotels are like the heads of Hydras.

There were plastic scraps and a cut nail on the floor. It sounded like the microwave was going to break. There is no place to put your luggage. Not automatic lock.
