I think it's a relatively new hotel. The building is surrounded by an entertainment district, so I thought the building had put a lot of effort into noise control, but I couldn't sleep because I could hear the voices outside around 12:00 a.m.Also, there were a lot of foreign guests, and I could hear voices coming through the walls in the middle of the night, probably because they didn't have good manners.When cleaning the room, there was hair in the bathtub and in the corners of the room, making me doubt whether the room was really cleaned.There was mold growing on the bathtub and curtains.The bed and refrigerator are bent and they don't check them?The front phone line in the room was broken and it was very troublesome to have to go down to the front desk each time.Most of the people at the front desk were from foreign countries and spoke Japanese relatively fluently, but it was a little weaker than others and was inconvenient when there was something urgent.I was hoping for a clean environment as it is a new hotel, but I am very disappointed.I don't think I will use it next time.

Because I booked in advance, I was able to stay at a bargain price. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a free welcome drink next to the hotel reception, which is nice!Complimentary bottled water is also provided in the rooms. The first room I entered had an incredibly musty smell, so I changed rooms and it got a little better, but it still smelled musty and I had a headache the next day.

There are many choices for breakfast and there is fresh milk to drink.It is only a 15-minute walk from Kokusai Street and the monorail.Many tour groups come to stayThere are also many places to eat and restaurants nearby 😂Recommended to all friends going abroad

The hotel is very new and has complete facilities. It is also very convenient to go to Kokusai Street. The ramen nearby is delicious and the hotel staff are also very friendly! However, taxi drivers often misunderstand that it is the Lantana branch of Kokusai Street. Even if there is an address, it is easy to be taken to the wrong drop-off location. Therefore, you can ask the hotel staff to add a Japanese description on the business card for the driver to read.
