The room is small, the TV facilities don't work, the wifi is slow, lots of mosquitoes, the air conditioner is quite cold, the toilet is terrible, the lights are dim, like an old hotel, not recommended, regret coming here

Bad service. The price doesn't match the order via the application but we even add more. He said that the price was cheap and even blamed the person who ordered, which was strange. Don't want to stay here.

Fraudulent hotel, very not recommended. Severe cheating and eating money from cheating. We didn't stay overnight because the hotel was full, we were easily asked for a refund. When it was refunded, they refused to approve the refund. Please don't use sharia labels if your work is just cheating. The hotel is terrible

I really don't recommend it, I've booked for 2 nights from the application, and I've already paid for it, in the afternoon I went to the hotel to check the location, in the afternoon the hotel called again to confirm check in, I said I would check in at night,when we arrived at the hotel at night, the rooms were full, the reason was that my brother didn't check in, even though he had PAID and confirmed in the afternoon, there was no receptionist, the manager on the phone was not responsible, instead he just asked for a refund easily,a hotel that is not recommended for other people
