This is a resort hotel that I have stayed at about 5 times over the past 20 years. This hotel has a charm that makes you come back again even if you use other resort hotels. You can feel the best of Okinawa. My one request would be to bring back the Shikuwasa Jelly that was once served at the curry restaurant by the beach! My children loved it when they were little because it tasted like no other.I'm looking forward to going to Tancha Bay again!

I stayed for 2 nights at the end of the rainy season in June. The room was large and had a nice view. The buffet meal had a wide variety of items and both breakfast and dinner were very satisfying. The location was good, so it was easy to go to the north and the price was reasonable.

It was a hotel with lots of benefits at a reasonable price. The staff at the hotel are all very friendly and leave a good impression. There are some downsides, such as the aging hotel facilities, stains on the carpet, the distance to the public bath, differences in steps, stuffy hallways, and the parking lot, which is a bit far, but I think the hotel is making an effort considering the price. The linens in the room are a little old, but there are no unpleasant smells and it's not bad. There are many families with small children and overseas customers, so we cannot recommend this place to those who want to spend a relaxing time. There are many attractive benefits such as one free bottle of water per person per night and an Okinawan dance show in the hotel. Also, the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of items, so I don't think you'll get bored of it for 3 to 4 days. The room key is a regular Miwa lock key with a large iron key chain, giving it a heavy presence.

It's an old-fashioned hotel but it's very clean. You'll be given some coupons when you check in, which can be exchanged for mineral water for the welcome drink, as well as bath towel coupons for the swimming pool, meal coupons, and discount coupons for massages. I stayed in a sea view room and sat down. It is very pleasant to blow the air on the balcony, but the hotel is very big. It takes a long time to walk to the elevator. I looked at the hotel map and studied it. If it is a sea view ordinary room, it will be assigned to the two sides of the hotel. The sea view will not be so good. It is also far from the elevator. , the sea view deluxe rooms and family rooms will be closer to the center. If you want to go snorkeling, you need to pay to rent a life jacket. There are also some paid items such as inflatable sea parks, jet skis, etc. The prices are not expensive compared with outside. If you want to snorkel, there are many fish when you swim close to the safety line. There are all sizes, but the visibility of snorkeling on the beach is inferior to that on the reef. There is a clothesline in the bathroom, but wet swimsuits and clothes are easier to dry on the balcony.Or use paid laundry facilitiesIf the weather is bad, there is an indoor swimming pool where you can goThe breakfast part of the meal looks rich, but tastes so-so.Lunch was much better, I recommend trying their mutton curry dipped in naan.In addition, udon noodles, red taro tarts, etc. are also delicious. Most of the drinks are sugar-free, and there is sugar and creamer on the side that you can mix yourself. I was very satisfied with my lunch. There is a traditional Okinawan Taiko drum performance in the evening, which is worth seeing

Not sure if all the positive review come from people who have never stayed in a hotel before. Doesn’t look anything like the photos online. The most outdated hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life, looks like it was built in the 1970’s and never updated. Room was worn out old and ugly. Almost everything closes early, the beach closes at 6pm really?? Ocean front hotel with no where to grab a drink by the beach. Definitely geared towards parents with little kids everywhere. Staff that aren’t interested in helping you unless you speak Japanese. I went to the “information desk” which is literally written in English at 4pm to ask about the airport shuttle bus and they used a translator to tell me they were closed and didn’t understand me.

I always use it when traveling to Okinawa. The view from the room is great and it's ocean front so you can go right to the ocean from your room. Marine activities are also abundant. Breakfast is so plentiful that you will be spoiled for choice. Also, there is a convenience store at one time, so if you forget something or suddenly need something, you can buy it right away.👍I plan to use it again the next time I go on a trip to Okinawa😊

The reception at the front desk at check-in was sloppy. We were given only the key and breakfast ticket, no map, and there were no signs inside the hotel, so it was hard to tell where everything was in this huge hotel. On the first day, we wandered around looking for restaurants and shops. It was later discovered that a map of the museum was inside a white sheet of paper that had been stacked on the desk, which I thought was a flyer. Why don't they give you a map or explain the location at the front desk? It's not when it's crowded, but when there are a lot of people at the front desk who aren't busy.Breakfast is served in two locations: the Japanese restaurant on the second floor and the large Western restaurant on the first floor. Both have salmon roe seafood bowls (like the rice has just been taken out of the fridge) and the menus are not much different, but the Japanese restaurant on the second floor is small but has a good location with a view of the sea (but the side where you sit with the sea behind you) (I feel like I'm missing out) The difference between the 1st and 2nd floors is that there is no live egg kitchen or roast beef, but there is pork shabu, there is less bread, and the start time is 30 minutes late. The first floor is recommended for the richness of the menu.Swimming is only possible on the beach from 9 a.m. within the ropes, a life vest is required for snorkeling, and there are some fish if you look for places with rocks. On this day, there happened to be a school of several thousand small fish.I got a lunch ticket as a bonus for staying 3 consecutive nights, but I could change it to a dinner buffet for an additional 2,000 yen. The Chinese food for dinner is delicious and has a wide variety, but the roast beef is tough.
