This time, I stayed for a few days, and I was satisfied with the hotel's atmosphere and food, but I wish they could do a little more to clean the room...However, I would like to go again

A few years ago, I stayed there on my honeymoon. Overall the building is beautiful! The beach was right in front of us, the view was great, and the breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staff are courteous, and if you take a selfie, do you mind if I take a photo with you? He called out to me and was very kind. I want to stay here again!

Beautiful location right by the sea with a roped off swimming area.Unfortunately, no drinks or snacks available here either. Buy in the shop and then take it to the beach yourself. The rest is designed for mass tourism, individual advice or support is missing. Some of the restaurants were closed, the rest were fully booked, so we always went out for dinner (thanks for the rental car).Unfortunately, there is no bar or cozy outdoor area to enjoy something after dinner. Buy a drink in the shop and enjoy it in the room on the balcony if available. We had to wait in line for breakfast until 10:00 a.m. Here too we went out and had other meals.Unfortunately, all in all a disappointing experience for a four star resort.

postscriptAfter checking out, I checked the prices of the room that was upgraded to the front desk and the room that I paid an additional fee for, but the room I upgraded to was cheaper than the first room. It was the result of paying and downgrading...I wonder what it is, was it really harassment?------------------------------------I stayed here on my honeymoon.Overall the hotel was not worth the price. There are many better hotels in the same price range, so I didn't think there was any need to choose this one.In my case, I chose this hotel because it was recommended to me by social media and travel agents, and I felt safe because it was a group company with Okura Hotel.I was also looking forward to that as the breakfast was said to be delicious and famous.I stayed here on the last day, but to put it simply, it was the worst and I regret it very much. Before staying at this hotel, I stayed at three hotels in various areas and price ranges in the prefecture, but overall this one was by far the worst. (Although the price is the second highest)This might be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in this price range...First of all, I had to change my room because the view was so bad.The person in charge at the front desk proudly said, "We upgraded to the top floor!", but it was right in front of the parking lot and half of the view was cars. The room had a view of the sea, but not that much.I didn't originally book a room in the lower rank, but I booked a room a little higher than the middle, but I thought it was a little too bad.I asked to change my room, but I was also told that I could change to a room with a better view of the ocean at no additional charge, so I thought I'd do that from the beginning.I was already scared so I decided to pay extra and upgrade. Also, the information about the pool was wrong, so I ended up having to go back and forth between the guest room and the pool, which added to the extra hassle. When I contacted them about this, the person at the front desk said it was because they were trainees, but I didn't think that was an excuse...When I was walking down the hallway while moving from my first room (around 16:30 and before 17:00), I saw quite a few cleaning staff.Even though check-in has already started, the cleaning hasn't finished yet...? I was a little surprised.Overall, the hotel staff were unfriendly and cold.As for the foreign staff, their Japanese is so garbled that it can be difficult to understand what they're saying, and it's tiring for me to consciously try to listen to their Japanese... I wonder why they're coming to this resort hotel...There were foreign staff at other hotels, but I was really surprised that none of them spoke Japanese. The next room I was shown to was also dusty, and the bathroom was moldy and dirty.Hygienic-wise, it felt as unsanitary as a La◯ hotel, so I didn't think there was any point in staying at this hotel for this amount of money. The official website only has photos that have a nice atmosphere, but the details are dirty and disappointing...Also, there are notes about how much toilet paper to use, personal items in the washroom, and the water level in the bathtub, etc. It would be SDGs even if I didn't have to write such things, but it was a lot of nagging. Even business hotels that promote SDGs don't have so many things written about them...Also, you can check the hotel information on TV, but the signal was poor and I couldn't connect.Even though we had informed them after making the reservation that we would be staying there for our honeymoon, we didn't have the towel art that we saw on social media (even in the first room we were shown), which was a bit of a shock. There were no messages, no congratulations, and I was given a drink ticket for my honeymoon, but I was told I couldn't use it unless I used dinner, which made me feel a bit...I stayed at three hotels, and I received some form of congratulations from all of them, so I was very disappointed that this was the last time.I was looking forward to seeing the interior of the hotel and the pool, so I had high expectations, so I'm even more disappointed. Every time something happens in a small accumulation, I get frustrated, I don't want to look at the beautiful interior anymore, and the breakfast I was looking forward to doesn't go through my throat...I couldn't enjoy it enough. Finally, as a side note, I tried to register as a member of One Harmony at check-in, but the front desk person stopped me. I don't know why I shouldn't have registered...I don't really understand either.I don't think I would recommend it to anyone.

It's a European-style hotel with an entrance and courtyard that gives it a nice atmosphere and makes you feel like you're in a resort. It is calming and has a different face both during the day and at night, which is soothing❗It's a little old overall, but I think it's nice to have some horse mackerel.
