I had a wedding planned nearby, and I chose this place to stay because it was close to the venue and well-known.My family, including two elementary school students, also stayed with us, but the result was really disappointing. On the day of my stay, I found a wingless insect like a tiny rice grain mite in my bed, and when I took off my hotel pajamas on the morning of the wedding the next day, I found a similar insect on my neck and went crazy.I was worried about what would happen if I had been stung and the redness and itching appeared during the wedding ceremony.I told the front desk, but they didn't even give me a proper apology because they didn't seem to understand. There is a shuttle car to pick you up from the parking lot to the hotel. My family called for a shuttle car from the parking lot after going out, but three times it was full and we couldn't get on, so we had to walk back to the hotel. It wasn't from the parking lot, but it was full in front of me, and when I couldn't get on the first time, I was told, "The next one will be coming soon," but the next person was told, "You can't get on because it's full." It seems like it was said bluntly. The next bus was also full and I couldn't get on, but the attitude of the staff was so bad.Even though some of the children were tired, they had no choice but to walk home. Moreover, when I heard that my father, who rarely gets angry, got angry, I was surprised that his reaction was so cruel.I am so sorry that I chose this hotel for making you feel that way even though I stayed there for the wedding ceremony. When I checked in, I was told that the shuttle car would come right away if I called it, but it didn't come right away, so I asked and was told that it would come every 5 to 7 minutes. Will he come right away if I call him?The only saving grace was that the breakfast staff were good at serving both Western and Japanese food. But I will never go there again. It was a hotel of that level.

The room is big enough, the bed is comfortable, and the pillows are soft.Although the location is relatively remote, it feels like a vacation. If you are driving by yourself, this hotel is right in the middle of the road to the aquarium and can be used as a relay station. For foreigners who are not used to driving in Japan, it can reduce the stress of driving.

Although it is far from the airport, the hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. You can watch the sun set from the ocean view. I was impressed by the number of stars that could be seen with the naked eye at night. The food at the hotel is delicious, and the souvenir shop has a good selection. (Some items are more expensive)

The hotel is a bit aged although some renovation should have been done. Staff English level can be improved.Good thing about it is they don't charge much more if you travel with kids who stay in the same room as youArea of improvement includes, long check in time, it took me 30 mins to check in. Parking is far from the hotel and shuttle is needed to send us back. It was super dark at night, the hotel requires customers to wait in the dark for shuttle pick up. That was ridiculous for a hotel with such class.
