It's expensive 🤔 The room is average, but it doesn't feel clean and there's blood clots in the bathtub! ️The comforter stinks and is a disaster.

In conclusion, the staff's response at check-in was the worst.Book from Rakuten Travel. I first booked a consecutive night stay, and then made an additional one-day reservation the day before.An additional day was booked, but since the first consecutive night stay was not reflected in the hotel's system, I was told that I would not be able to stay for the reservation starting tomorrow and that I should look for another hotel. I did.In the end, it seems that the room was vacant due to the hotel's mistake, but since we were in a group, there was no follow-up to find another hotel.I was deeply appalled by the way they responded at that time, as if it was their fault.It seems that some people have written reviews earlier, so it may be a system issue, but is it a problem on the hotel's side?I would like to see improvements in both the system and the staff's response.It's a shame because the room is comfortable.

Even though I had made a reservation through Jalan, I had to wait for 2 hours because they said they didn't have a reservation. In the end, I was asked to reschedule my reservation. Furthermore, I had to wait 30 minutes because it took a long time for the reservation to be reflected. The attitude of the front staff is also the worst. Never use again.
