“The handover of service personnel needs to be strengthened”The location and price of the accommodation and the space in the room are good, but the handover of the service staff needs to be strengthened (on the day of check-in, I paid for two nights of parking, but the next morning the receptionist told me that I need to pay to use it, and a parking fee receipt has been provided, which was originally required) After I left, I was informed that it was already the third day of check-in, and even the check-in date was wrong during the handover)

It's a really nice hotel. Accommodation costs are cheap and it's very clean. The room is small, but if you move the chairs and table closer, you can spread out your suitcase. I didn't notice much of the noise around me, and I didn't hear all the noise from the hallway like you would in a cheap hotel. Of course, there was no sound from people on the floors above or below. And somehow it feels very calming. It's a good idea to take off your shoes and enter the room. However, it seems that people are not expected to go out on the balcony, so it is not cleaned very well. (The room was clean, even under the bed.) There were two washing machines and two dryers in the lobby on the first floor, which I was grateful to use. However, since there were only two machines, it was working at full capacity. We had booked for two nights, but our flight was late, so we stayed one more night and relaxed in the room until our flight. (Reservations must be made through the reservation site) So comfortable. The problem is that there aren't many parking spaces and you can't make reservations, so whoever checks in early wins. (Fee: 1,500 yen) However, there is a parking lot nearby where you can park for around 1,000 yen per day, so it's not that much of a problem. We parked in a nearby parking lot that day, and used the hotel's parking lot the next day to get in and out. It's cheaper for people at the hotel to park there when the parking lot is full, so it's better to park there today. He told me this without any commercial intent. Parking lot reservations are not designated by number, so I parked there when I checked in, and then parked my car again in a nearby parking lot. It's a little far from the station, so it's convenient if you have a car. There are liquor stores and Aeon supermarkets near the hotel, which is very convenient. There are times when the staff is not available, so you can use the mobile phone at the front desk to talk to them.

I live in front of the elevator. Do you think sound insulation is bad? (?At two o'clock in the middle of the night, there is a chance to hear the sound of hair dryers in other rooms, as well as a constantly vibrating sound, and the voices of people passing by the room are quite obvious. But this is actually okay, after all, it will be quiet in the end, and there will be no noise all nightI'm quite sensitive and I really don't sleep well. This hotel is really not ok for accommodation in Japan. What's more ridiculous is that the hair dryer is so cute that you have to pull the wire with your hands to blow it.How is it? = =When taking a shower, the hot water is hot and the cold water is coldThere is no way to get warm water! ! ! !This really makes me dumbfounded. Fortunately, it’s summer and it’s okay to take a cold shower, but I’m not in good health and I didn’t expect to need to take a cold shower = =The electric light has yellow light but no white light, so it is actually difficult to see.But fortunately, when I come back here, I just sleep.

You can stay there for a cheap price and get good service. Although the location is disadvantageous as a base for sightseeing, the low price, clean interior, and abundant amenities make it attractive. The number one attraction is that there are staff members, which is unusual for a hotel of this type.If you have any questions, they will help you and are very kind.If you are renting a car, you can reserve a parking space in advance for 1,500 yen/night. The parking lot is next to the hotel, and it's covered so it's easy to take your luggage in and out even when it's raining. If you walk a little further, there is also a coin parking for 550 yen/night, so if you want to save money, click here.It is possible to walk from Monorail Tsubogawa Station, but it is not recommended as it gets quite hot in the summer. I arrived at 4pm and walked under the setting sun, so maybe I felt that way even more. There are two free washing machines and two dryers near the elevators at the back of the entrance on the 1st floor, but they are used by everyone, so they are rarely available. Also, there are times during the day when the washing machine cannot be used due to cleaning, so I think it is better not to rely on the washing machine.*It would be nice if there was a fee for each floor. The amenities are really great, especially the number of bath towels and the quality of the shampoos, which is like a luxury hotel! I always bring shampoo from cheap hotels because it doesn't suit my hair type, but with this shampoo, I didn't have to bring it. The conditioner was also good. How many toothbrushes do you have? It was well equipped. There were two USB-5V outlets in the room, so you could charge your phone with just a cord. The indoor lighting was not dimmable, so it was a little difficult to use. Also, the only negative point of this stay!I work remotely, and the air conditioner pipes run right above my desk, and water drips from there! I almost got my computer wet.I think there are many people who spread electronic devices on their desks, so please be careful, although it depends on the room.*I was in room 2C this time.▪️OthersTimes Rent a Car is across the street! Time rental availableThere's a San-A store across the road, so you don't have to worry about groceries at all.Currently, there seems to be a shortage of taxis in Okinawa, and even if you call for a taxi, it doesn't come easily. In particular, the area where the hotel is located is not a tourist spot, so even if I tried to go to the nearby area using the app, I often couldn't find it.There aren't many places to eat out, so it's a pain not to be able to use a taxi (I can't drink alcohol lol) → The hotel has a bar.▪️SummaryThis hotel is especially recommended for those who rent a car and travel to Okinawa.Beautiful and cheap! Great staff service 👍

The food at the bar on the top floor is very delicious, and the boss enthusiastically recommends a variety of Japanese sake! However, the hotel counter does not provide taxi calls or other questions. If you want to use general room service, you need to consider it.

I stayed for 2 nights in February. The environment was very comfortable and the sun was still shining in in the afternoon. However, it was a bit far from Monorail. It was a bit tiring to walk there with my luggage, but the accommodation was great.
