Stayed for 3 nightsThe sound of dragging the chair becomes vibration and is transmitted directly to the room below, so I would like to see some way to prevent the noise, such as putting felt on the back of the chair legs.There is a charge for cleaning.Towels are exchanged on the first floor for 200 yen.Since it's my first time staying for 3 nights, I would like them to replace the towels for free. Because you have to change towels every time you check out.The water pressure in the shower was strong and good.However, the equipment is worn out in places.The screws are loosened to the point of numbness, so I think it would be better to maintain them.

The walls were thin and there was a loud party going on upstairs, so it was hard to sleep during the night.I'm glad it's close to Araha Beach.

Check-in time was inconsistent with what airbnb said and the host tried charging extra for late checkin until we showed them what they had on their public page.Parking is 1000¥ per night and very difficult to get in and out of (Not worth it in my opinion). The kitchen also requires you to pay 1500¥ per night for the cooking set. There are other little hidden fees they have as well.Staff does not speak fluent english and it was difficult to communicate if you cannot speak english.AC unit was also partially broken.During our 8 nights we also heard moving furniture from 7 am all the way until midnight/1am.You have to bring your own trash bags as well and they do not have containers for recyclables (But they ask you to separate burnables from recycling).Positives: Great location very fun and lots to do near the beach. Very walkable area as well.This AirBnB was not worth the price they charged in my opinion. Only reserve if there are no other options.

The service time at the counter is only until 9 pm, but the service time mentioned above on agoda is 24 hours. That day, I wanted to go to the American Village to have dinner and then hang out before checking in, but there was no one to serve me and I almost fell asleep on the roadside. Fortunately, the working-study guy happened to be coming back to pick up things that day, so we could check in smoothly. If you want to stay in this room, be careful! ! The flaws are not hidden, there is a washing machine, simple cooking tools and a microwave in the room. If you want to park for free, you can park in the [Anraha Park North Parking Lot] next to it. Otherwise, the parking spaces in this B&B are limited and you have to pay 1,000 yen.

Nearby areas include Araha Beach, Drug Store Mori, and Aeon Chatan. After checking in at 201, you can enter your room. Each room has a bathtub and washing machine. There are no clotheslines or ropes. There are stains like this on the futon (see photo)I saw a similar photo posted in a review, but does that mean it hasn't been replaced since then? ? As expected, this is too unclean. .It said that I could borrow hangers, so I asked at the front desk and was told that there were only two hangers in the room (for jackets). I had to do laundry because I was staying for several nights, but I couldn't wash a lot at once, which was a problem. Laundry detergent was sold for a fee, but you'll likely be washing your clothes many times, so it's best to bring hangers or laundry detergent if you can afford it.The front desk was open from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, so the people upstairs were making noise during the night, but it was a bit of a pain to have to put up with it.The good thing is that, like a studio apartment, it has a kitchen, refrigerator, and washing machine, so it's suitable for multiple nights, and the rooms are quite spacious.*There are no dishes, cooking utensils, detergent, etc. in the kitchen. Only a microwave, kettle, and cups are provided.Please note that the convenience store is only located a little far away.
