The bed and pillows were damp due to humidity. The smell was also bad. There are hotels in the same price range nearby, so I don't have repeat visits.Breakfast was good.

This is a great place to stay - close to the port for the whale watching excursions.. The hotel has a lovely roof top pool and the bar has a great selection of cocktails/drinks.There are some good restaurants dotted around. We rented a car just down the road which was good too.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

This is my first time leaving a review on Google, and I feel that Aqua Citta Hotel deserves to be recognized for my exceptional experience. I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and the first few days were smooth and enjoyable, just like my previous visits to Japan. However, on the last day, my power bank accidentally caught fire in the middle of the night, which left me feeling quite panicked. The hotel staff responded quickly and arrived on the scene within just a few minutes. Once they confirmed that the fire was extinguished, they immediately checked to see if we were injured, which was very comforting. The room was damaged from the fire, but they promptly arranged a new room for us to rest in. Since we had a flight to catch the next day, the hotel was very considerate, simplifying the procedures and trusting us to handle the follow-up later. I truly appreciate their assistance. Their crisis management skills and attentive service exceeded my expectations. The level of service is truly comparable to that of a five-star hotel! I highly recommend Aqua Citta to anyone visiting Okinawa.

WiFi sucks so be prepared to use your own data. The charging outlets are only on one side of the two single beds, so one bed does not have access to the charger. Infinite pool is pretty nice and cool

At check-in, I was shown to a room belonging to someone else who had already checked in. It was a woman's room, but the only saving grace was that she wasn't there. What would have happened if he had been in the room? Does something like this ever happen? Also, just after 5 a.m. on the final day, a fire alarm suddenly went off, and about 50 guests evacuated to the first floor using the emergency stairs. Some women were in their underwear. ``This is a false alarm! Please go back to your room.'' The elevator was also stopped, and the emergency stairs were not accessible from outside.Eventually, the elevator was restored after 20 minutes, but the siren was still blaring, and it was still dangerous to return. I was wondering if there might be one. There were some evacuees in their underwear, and I thought they could do something to understand the situation and lend them towels, but there was nothing in particular. At check-out, I was wondering if there was a message to say that we were given the wrong room and that the fire alarm malfunctioned, and that we were sorry for the inconvenience, but there was not. Did you send your luggage by cash on delivery? Also, the room was damp and the humidity was strangely high. I will not stay there again, but I will write it down as a memorandum.

The room was clean and comfortable. If you have items you would like to borrow such as a refurbishment, we recommend that you do so as soon as possible. The night pool is also recommended as it is reasonably priced at 2000 yen including one drink and there are not many people.
