On January 5 2024 we stayed at this place because it was late at night and it was impossible for us to continue our journey. In front there is a banner that says hotel with hot water, AC, TV and WiFi facilities. But it was all 0 big, the AC turned off at 1pm, whether it was set to turn off at 1pm or whether there was a problem with the electricity, I don't know, what was even stranger was when my parents screamed because they were too hot, the effect of the AC turning off didn't take long for the AC to come back on. So it looks like the AC has been set to off for several hours.So I don't recommend this place for staying overnight. I've tried the expensive price, in fact it's almost the same as the price of the 4 star hotel I stayed at at the Pearl Merdeka Hotel in Pekanbaru, the price wasn't up to 400 but the service and quality were satisfactory.I will not stay here again and do not recommend it.

I was traumatized by staying at this hotel.. I was forced to stay here because the trip was late at night and had to stay overnight.. what a shame I got a hotel like this in Kiliran Jao.. really don't stay here.. it's expensive.. and the service is really bad

Stars speak. What was said by previous visitors is the same. And I asked for AC, paid the AC price but the AC didn't turn off for 1 hour. Oops...

In my opinion, the mattress is no longer suitable, the iron per spring bed already feels like sleeping on a pile of wire 🙄. Only 1 towel, no mineral water, no key was given either

300 thousand a night....no trash can, no tissue, mineral water given when asked, no soap shampoo, no breakfast, no hot water, no AC remote, 1 towel, 1 blanket.

In my opinion, it's a strange hotel, even though the key isn't in the box... where is the hotel when you go to the room, when you want to leave, ask for the key, you want to lock it, you're afraid it'll be lost, the receptionist doesn't have the key in the room, that's strange. Bruh, if you see a hotel like this, if you're missing, are you going to take responsibility?I really don't recommend staying here, everything is minus, the price for zero facilities in my opinion is quite expensive, even though it's a hotel, but it's more luxurious than a guest house, the mattress is hard, you only stay with two blankets, one towel, there's no bath soap. There's no drinking water... basically the most destroyed hotel I've ever encountered during my trip...Hopefully the owner of the hotel can improve it, including the receptionist
