I would say that this place is best in value, even compared to the similar place in airbnb. This apartment is very much affordable, located in great area, 15min walks from Kokusai Dori, 10min walks from Naminoue beach and Shrine, 5min walks from bus station which makes you can go anywhere, also only 10min taxi away to the airport which makes it extra convenient. The building is new. The room is very clean and neat. Enough for 4 people. It has all important equipment such us washing machine, stove, plates and all cutlery, everything is well function. The only lack is that we can hear the slightest sound from neighbor. If you have kids, then this place is not recommended.

・Users planning marine leisure should definitely not stay overnight.・Perhaps to make the room appear larger, the steel bars are exposed, and you can hear conversations in the next room and the sound of cans being opened.・I had to wake up early the next day, but a drinking party started next door after midnight and there was no front desk, so I left the room and booked another hotel to avoid trouble with the police.・Advance information before staying was sent the day before, but there was no URL to fill in, so I had to inquire from my side.・Even if you take everything into consideration, the exterior and interior photos are just beautiful, and you will never use it again.

It's a good size, has a washer and dryer, and as long as you buy some detergent, it's perfect. The sink in the kitchen is very small, but it's stocked with pots, frying pans, plates, and mugs. One! Unfortunately, there is no washlet in the toilet. Other than that, it's comfortable.

The interior was very beautiful and stylish.Also, the price is low and I would like to use it again next time.Check-in went smoothly without any problems.

No matter how many times I tried the lock number to check in, I couldn't get in. When I called for help, it wasn't a person, but an announcement. People came out and I was able to enter, but without that, I would never have been able to enter. I want you to do something about that.

The noise travels extremely easily, the upstairs neighbors were partying and noisy every night of our stay, and someone near us smoked on their balcony and filled our apartment with smoke. Otherwise, the beds were ridiculously comfortable and cozy, the bathroom has awesome water pressure, the kitchenette had everything we needed, there are cleaning supplies under the sink that we used to keep the place tidy, and the person-free check in was easy and convenient. I would come back again! But next time I would contact the management for noise complaints and bring earplugs...

Overall my stay was good. It’s quite a newly built building it seems like, and everything is well put together and amenities are great. Washing machine and dryer are provided (bring ur own detergent) which was really nice. If you rented a car, there are several Times parking spaces nearby(770yen/night for the closest one right on the corner). Walls are thin or AT LEAST that’s what I thought but then I discovered this massive crack where the wall and ceiling are supposed to meet (wall shared with next door).I have one big major complaint which I was not able to say on the Airbnb app bc I wasn’t the one paying, meaning I couldn’t review, and it’s that you can literally see the light from the room next door seeping in near the ceiling, meaning there was space and when the next door guests talked, it could be heard crystal clear. So not much privacy.

The photos are nice and not too old. It's good for two people, but it's small for four people, so I only give it two stars. There's no place to put suitcases, and the sound insulation is very poor. Many B&Bs have Laundry detergent is provided, but you have to bring it yourself. There are a lot of miscellaneous items in the kitchen cabinet, and I only found dishwashing detergent. The elevator is a bit small, and there are many parking lots nearby.
