Good location, fast communication with the host. Booked on the same day as check in. Everything was clean.

I made a reservation on Agoda on the same day. I headed to Okinawa to meet a friend in Okinawa, without making any plans and only booked the first night (lol).Since the communication was through the website, I emailed them to inform them that the check-in time was after 10pm. There was no confirmation email, so when I headed here, I still hadn't received an email with instructions on how to check in because it was a last minute reservation! So, there was a contact number on the left side of the front entrance of the building (there was no mention of Agoda at all), so I contacted them to try it out, and they politely told me how to check in and also kept track of my reservation. I was able to enter the room.The rooms are clean and convenient, less than 1 minute from Kokusai Street. The next day, we headed to Sefa Utaki by bus from a bus stop located about a 10-minute walk in the opposite direction of Kokusai Dori.This is a recommended place to stay for a long time and relax.

[Points that caught my attention]・Sound is easy to hear. Sounds from the upper and lower floors, the sounds of things hitting the walls, the sounds of doors opening and closing, etc. can be heard through the ceiling and walls! It resounds with a thud. The flooring is made of a material that produces a lot of noise, and three sides of the room are made of plasterboard, and the ceiling is high, so the sound reverberates through the room.・If you close your room completely, it will become dull.・The smell of fabric softener permeates the linen and sofa. People who don't like artificial fragrances and chemicals can't sleep in bed.- A mountain of dust on the air conditioner filter, and of course mold. Probably not regularly cleaned. unhealthy.・(This has nothing to do with the room) I can hear the heavy bass of US military Ospreys and helicopters. There are days when it flies directly overhead. It also flies early in the morning (7:00 am) and late at night (11:00 pm). *By the way, commercial planes do not fly over the main island of Okinawa.【It was good point】The layout is easy to use and the room has a nice atmosphere. Although it is one room, it has a certain amount of space. Have a large number of towels. Separate bath and toilet. It is also conveniently located near the Yui Rail station. Convenience was high as there were many convenience stores and a bento shop nearby.As of 2024, lodging (from 9,000 yen) and monthly fees are set quite high (90,000 to 100,000 yen). It may be aimed at inbound tourists, but I feel that the price and quality of the room are not worth it. If it were me, I'd probably look for another vacation rental.I think most people rent without looking inside, so I hope this will be helpful to those considering it.
