The room environment needs to be improved. The air-conditioning and electric fans are broken. The customer service took a long time to deal with it, about 2 hours! In the end, I dragged my Japanese friend to call the store owner, which was super exaggerated!

The rooms are the best!A foreigner who can speak Japanese on the tablet at the entrance? I tried to speak, but it was hard to hear because of the clatter.

I stayed as a family of 3 with a 0 year old baby. It was important to have a microwave in the room, as we needed to sterilize baby bottles. The problem was that if I put my used towels and trash out in the hallway, they would replace them and collect them, so I received new towels safely, but there was no trash bag.I didn't feel comfortable throwing it directly in the trash, and I also didn't feel comfortable calling the management, so it was a small problem, but it bothered me.Also, the reviews say that check-in is troublesome due to the Mujin style, which does not have a front desk, but it is true that the tablet is a little difficult to use, so it can be difficult for those who are not used to it.I would be grateful if you could leave my suitcase with me before and after check-in and check-out, so I could walk around town. There was a suitcase storage area and what looked like a key at the front desk, but was it okay to use it? …The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's location was great. I would definitely stay here again.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, our room is 601 and our upstairs (i assumed that’s from 701) keeps making bumping noise and couldn’t stop and it has been two nights straight…We contacted the hotel and they couldn’t even do nothing about it which is weird because we reached out on Airbnb platform but they wanted us to call them instead (like you already knew the situation why do you want me to call and explain all over again)0 service!!!!! the only reason why I chose this place is because the location, we even saw many wine cap and dust under the sofa.Never again after this time!!!!!!!!!

Very clean and spacious. It's close to Kokusai Street, and when I stayed there, I was able to stay at a reasonable price. The problem is that when the electricity goes out, the fan above also goes out.Check-in may be difficult for elderly people.Me and the family next door were able to do it smoothly!I'm glad it was smooth because I didn't meet other people!

Booked a room for 5 people to stay in No. 602. The price is very cheap. A room for 5 people stays at just over 2,000 per night. The self-service check-in is simple, but it is very inconvenient when there is a problem with the room because you cannot communicate with the housekeeping staff through fax. email to report the problem. When we checked in, we found a lot of mini cockroaches on the double bed and cookie crumbs and sticky things on the floor. So we sent an email and asked someone to clean it the next day. The floor became cleaner, but no mini cockroaches were seen later. Instead, small and medium-sized cockroaches appeared. They appeared on the kitchen cabinets, trash cans, and bedside tables. I thought the room had not been cleaned thoroughly before, so there were many cockroaches. My parents shot 15 mini cockroaches back and forth, and then I saw 4 Only small to medium size, the cleanliness is worrying, I am afraid of cockroaches crawling on me in the middle of the night😫.The staff service is pretty good. They came to clean twice, so one star is given to the housekeeping staff.Another star is that the location is very convenient. It takes 5 or 6 minutes to walk to Kokusai Street. There is also FamilyMart opposite the hotel.Personal thoughts: If you are not afraid of cockroaches and large numbers of people, you can stay in this hotel because it is cheap and good, and the room is not old but clean. You can think about it. My family is also afraid of cockroaches smuggling back to Taiwan with our suitcases.

It's neat and nice. However, the check-in process is difficult. I think it would be better if you do it online in advance.
