Used for business tripsThe location is very good, right next to Asahibashi Station and convenience stores [Lawson and Seven] nearby.For check-in, you will receive a key box number via email after the afternoon of the same day, and you will take the key out of the box to enter the room.The room was clean and had a bathtub, which is rare in Okinawa.Although the bed wasn't very comfortable, I was able to enjoy the TV on a large screen.It also seems like it will be one of the options for lodging when you go on a business trip.

An email confirmation will be sent the day beforeAfter entering it, I was given the room number and password at 10:10 the next day.After pushing two suitcases, I was able to go in and enjoy the air conditioning. I was very touched.The equipment is all new and very cute. Recommend.

Worst experience of being canceled after making payments and what not. They did not provide any explanation and at that point many hotels had increased their overnight prices that it would have been better to not make reservations with Izumizaki hotel in the first place.*Response to the response from the hotel.I have received an email in my spam folder stating [action required] that I needed to confirm my reservation. Further the email asked me to provide information (passport etc). A. At least in Japan I have never had to provide personal information past my name, address and credit card information, and B. The email for all I knew was either spam or came from a third traveling site asking for personal information.I replied with "I have never had to enter such personal information, eff off."At this day and age, I will still respond with the same mentality if prompted and provoked with unnecessary further information, especially from an unknown source.It was unilaterally canceled without any reason or explanation. I don't know why because I had already entered my payment information. Communication was slow, and prices at other hotels had already gone up, which was extremely annoying.*Reply to the response from the hotel:There was an email in my spam folder requesting additional information that I wouldn't normally need when booking a hotel (such as a passport). It seems obvious that something is wrong, and in this day and age, it's normal to think it's spam (or some other organization trying to get personal information). The reply was blasphemous, but I think the next time I receive a similar email, I will respond in the same way.Generally, we do not require more information than your name, address, and credit card for a hotel stay.

Comfortable accommodations, very clean with a friendly manager. Easy online check in snd near the train station. The manager will give you local recommendations if you need them as well. Would certainly stay here again

It was all we needed.comfortable beds and pillows. Close to station and shops. Easy check in and out. Manager was friendly and helpful. He gave us lots of suggestions on what to do and where to go. Would go back again.
