advantage:1.High CP value, good location,2. The room is large, clean and tidy.3. Parking is very convenient (charges apply)4. It only takes 3 minutes to walk to Namigong Palace.shortcoming:1. There is no one at the counter and the problem cannot be solved immediately. The induction cooker in the room is broken and I can’t cook anything after I buy it.2. In the photo, there are washing machines in the room. After arriving in the room, I found that they had been removed.3. The bed is too soft and causes back pain when sleeping.4. There is a rule in the accommodation that you are strictly prohibited from going out to the balcony after 10:00 PM at night. If you are photographed and reported by the surrounding residents, you will be fined 10,000 or 30,000 yen (I kind of forgot). I think this rule is ridiculous and inexplicable.

Pretty decent location. Place was really clean. No disturbances mostly. Would recommend staying here. Would choose here again too.

This hotel is located in Pink Street. This time I stayed for 4 nights.The price for one night is cheap, but cleaning is not included. If you want cleaning, it will cost 2000 yen.You can only use one bath towel and one face towel after washing them yourself.There is a washing machine on the first floor, but it was so dirty that I didn't feel like using it. To replace a towel, it costs 1000 yen.I was happy that the room had a microwave and a large refrigerator.It smells like mold. The curtains in particular were full of mold, and when the air conditioner was turned on, there was a musty smell.There were also cockroaches on the second night.It's no good if you think that there is cleaning and towel service at a normal cheap hotel. I think it would be cheaper to go to a famous chain store.There were holes in the futon on the bed, probably because the person in front of me had smoked.I don't want to stay there again.Cleaning and towel fees are not written anywhere, so please take a look here before making a reservation.
