We enjoyed our stay. The aircon may not be perfect depending on the room. Do feedback to the front desk for assistance. The onsen is a nice amenity

There are many minor complaints such as sloppy cleaning, hot rooms, lockers that only hold valuables, Orion 350 being ripped off for 400 yen, etc.Especially hot weather is deadlyAnother capsule hotel we stopped at the day before was better

Only use the public bath, the water is too lukewarm!Who would buy 38° hot water on a cold day for less than 1,000 yen?You should think about whether you are asking for money. What's more, it was lukewarm, so there was a landline phone call from the bathhouse to the front desk.No matter how many times I try to call the hotel from my cell phone, I can't get through.Think about how many people come to public baths for hot water.Change the temperature of the water depending on the temperatureDisplay in the advertisement that the temperature of the public bath is 38°.If the water is kept lukewarm to prevent accidents, it's probably for self-protection, not for the customers.I would like an answer from the hotel regarding this comment. Please accept the refund

I stayed in a private tatami room and it was very uncomfortable.First, even though it was past midnight after 12 o'clock, there were no sounds of pounding footsteps or hair dryers, or any actions by the guests to be considerate of other guests, such as opening bags and putting away luggage outside, and the noise came straight into the room and irradiated the walls of the private room. The door seemed to pass through without blocking any noise.Second, I was surprised because there was so much dust in the room.I could understand why there was an air purifier.Rather, it is an essential home appliance that you cannot live without.Third, there is only one outlet in the room, which is inconvenient. It is inconvenient because the distance between the charging area and the sitting table is too far.Fourth, private rooms cost more than other capsules or cabins, and it was inconvenient because you had to organize and lay down the bedding yourself. Why do I have to lay down a sheet on the mat myself even though I paid more? As I was whining, I couldn't help but groan. And there were a lot of stains on the mat, making it very dirty and uncomfortable. Are you washing your clothes properly?Fifth, there was no small reading light in the tatami room, so it was dark when the light was turned off, so when I went to the bathroom outside, I had to fumble around in the dark room to find the light at the entrance and turn it on, which was inconvenient. You can hear the staff emptying the sink trash can in the early morning, but some people are sleeping, so please clean quietly.I have been using this place every time since 2018, and I was so disappointed with this trip after 5 years that I don't think I will make a reservation again.I stayed in a private tatami room rather than a cabin room, but I don't know why I was less satisfied. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I was surprised because there were so many disappointing and uncomfortable experiences. All I remember is writing down every day the inconveniences I had during my stay on the guide paper that provided information about the facilities.

The location is about a 5-minute walk from the Monorail Prefectural Front Station. It is also very close to downtown areas such as Kokusai Street. It takes about 8-10 minutes to get to Don Quixote. There are public open spaces on the first and second floors, but the air conditioning on the second floor is sometimes a bit stuffy. The large bathhouse and washing machine are both on the second floor, but there are only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers each. Each washing machine costs ¥300 and the dryer costs ¥100. A pack of laundry detergent is ¥50.The large public bath is closed from 2:00 to 5:00 in the morning, and the shower rooms on the fifth and sixth floors are open 24 hours a day. There are only men's toilets on the third floor, and women use the fourth floor. When checking in at the counter, you will be provided with an access card for the public bath, which is separate from the access card for the guest room. I don't know why it can't be combined into one card. For self-service check-in, even for a triple room, the business machine will only provide one room card. We proactively ask for it from the counter, and then an additional room card will be issued to us. A bit inconvenient. You are required to take off your shoes indoors throughout the building. There is a shoe cabinet at the door on the first floor that can be locked and taken away with the key. The key has a shoe cabinet number tag. There are about 8-9 shower positions in the large bathhouse. The bathhouse is small and has 6 hair dryers. The air volume is pretty good.Although the overall space is cramped, the facilities and equipment must be adequate and the cleanliness is acceptable. If the price is cheap, it is an option that can be considered.

The capsule could be a little more spacious, if you don't settle in properly the patrols can come out through the capsule curtain and sometimes when you pass through the hallway you see other people's feet hahahaha, it gives the feeling that someone is doing it to you to pull at night. The cabin above is smaller than the one below. The sauna and public bath have everything one could ask for and the feeling of entering at the end of the day is the best.

I was looking for a cheap place to stay and found this place. The big points were that there was a large public bath and that it was a 3 minute walk from Kokusai Dori and Yui Rail. When I travel, I tend to go out drinking and don't have much time to relax at hotels, so I try to find cheap accommodations, but it's rare to find one with a large public bath, so it was a big hit. I felt that the restrooms and changing rooms in the bathrooms were not kept well-cleaned, but I felt that the manners of the people who used them were poor when it was a cheap place. It was a new building, so everything else was clean, and the place to sleep was quiet, so I felt like this was a good place to just sleep. I would like to stay here again when I come to Okinawa.

Excellent value for money! ImpeccableThe only drawback is that the air inside the capsule is relatively small, so the bed curtains need to be half-opened.

It was my first time staying in a cabin, and I had a comfortable time. The shower and large bath were both very clean. However, I think the hotel always tries to keep things tidy and clean, but I felt that the manners on the part of the guests were poor. For example, if you keep using the hair dryer or in the bathroom.I felt disappointed when I saw many young children leaving their clothes unused, with their hair scattered all over the place.I don't think it's okay to use it sparingly just because it's cheap. I want the next person to be able to use it comfortably. You must take off your shoes inside the museum, but if you don't like that, disposable slippers are sold for 50 yen. You cannot eat or drink in the cabin, but there is a space on the first floor where you can eat and drink, so we bought beer and snacks at a nearby convenience store and had them there. There were quite a lot of users. The male to female ratio was about 7:3.There are no dedicated lockers, so don't bring your suitcases. It will be placed in front of the cabin. If you have valuables, you can put them in a small closet in the cabin that can fit a handbag.I was able to keep my suitcase after check-in, which was helpful. I would like to use it again.

I used it for a day trip bath.I tried looking for a bathhouse in Naha city, but I couldn't find one, so I used it without having high expectations, but it was very comfortable.
