Apartment type, with balcony.I think it's nice to be able to go out on the balcony and breathe the fresh air without having to be closed off, and have privacy without having to go through the front desk.

The facilities are old but the location is good.It's close to the downtown area and you can hear young people screaming even late at night, so if you want to sleep in peace, choose somewhere else or bring earplugs just in case.

It's a weekly apartment, so it's different from a hotel. but! After all, it's easy to use and a great value! There are many restaurants nearby, so if you don't need the luxurious meals of a hotel, we recommend this hotel over a business hotel!It is located between Yui Monorail Miebashi Station and the center of Kokusai Dori. It's a convenient location with a convenience store, bookstore, and 100 yen store right in front of you.There is a built-in closet that is large enough to fit your suitcase, so you can keep your room neat and tidy during your stay.The floor is hardwood, so if you buy a floor mop at 100 yen, you can clean it yourself every day! (Cleaning request is 1,000 yen)The bath is relatively spacious. It is the size that even men can take a bath in. It may depend on the room, but the faucet is hard to open and close. The water pressure in the shower is also weak. A single-use towel set, soap, conditioner shampoo, and toothbrushing set are provided.There is a balcony. You can dry your laundry on the balcony!Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.In-room Wi-Fi can be borrowed. No complaints about speed either.The room has an air conditioner, TV, pot, hair dryer, refrigerator, and mini kitchen (no pots, etc.).On the 5th floor, there are 3 washing machines (300 yen per use *detergent sold separately), 4 dryers (100 yen for 30 minutes), 3 microwave ovens, a toaster, and a vending machine.The store owners are also kind.It seems like the store owners are also doing the cleaning, so I'm kind of happy that I don't hear any clutter in the morning like I do in hotels!

The owner is friendly and easy to talk to, and the customer service is not bad. Although it is a long-established weekly apartment, the interior is quite beautiful, and if you are thinking of moving to Okinawa in the future, we recommend the free access and private space that hotels do not have. We have laundry facilities for long-term residents, a 5-minute walk from Miebashi Station, and a short 8-minute drive from Naminoue Beach, making it an ideal location for enjoying Okinawa's dining and active activities. There is also a mail delivery reception service at the front desk.

Very convenient location in the center of Naha city.It's a 5 minute walk from the Yui rail, so it's very convenient.It's a comfortable place to stay and close to Kokusai Street, so it's perfect for sightseeing.I recommend it as the price is reasonable.
