The hotel receptionist was very nice and the room was quite small. Two large suitcases could not be opened at the same time. I stayed there for three days and the housekeeping did not even make the bed the next day. It felt a bit casual. The breakfast was average and the hotel was well soundproofed. Maybe because the price is quite reasonable.

We stayed in the Yagura room for one night with two adults and two children. It was so comfortable to be able to take off my shoes and spend time on the tatami mats. Although it wasn't large, it was very well designed, and the storage on the walls and under the stairs was convenient. I was able to sleep my 4 year old, 8 year old, and my mother on the loft bed without any problems. A bath with a washing area is really nice. I didn't have breakfast this time, but everyone's breakfast looked delicious. It looked like a stylish cafe. I would like to use it again if I ever stay in Naha.

Overall it was a good stay at OMO5. As stated by other ppl, the location is good & the rooms are very small..the staff was very attentive & helpful.CON:There is some sort of red light district 2 blocks away from the backside of the property. Undesirable.

When I called the hotel to change the date of my breakfast reservation, I was told by the audio guide that the phone was busy, and was put on hold for 30 minutes, with the sound of birds chirping. I feel like they've been forgotten or they don't want to deal with it.When my friend contacted me at a different time, I was told to contact the tour company. When I called the tour company, I was told to call the hotel, so I was told to call the hotel. I didn't ask to cancel breakfast, but what do you mean, they don't even respond? It was supposed to be a fun trip, but I'm worried about the hotel's response.
