It is located in a quiet area, a little far from tourist spots such as Kokusai Street, so it is not noisy. However, it is quite difficult just to transfer from the nearby Yui Rail because you are dragging a heavy suitcase with you.Three people stayed in the room, but it seems like one night is the limit, so if you plan to use it as a condo, I recommend using a suite or for two or less people.Amenities are poor, but I think it's okay for a long stay. There is a washing machine, but it's noisy and you can only use it for a limited time, so it feels half-hearted.There is also a bathtub and the bath can be used just like on the mainland.Since I made a reservation as part of a package trip, I recommend making preparations before the trip, such as asking for the entry password over the phone (there is no front desk, so the entrance is self-locking and requires a password). Another good thing is that it operates like a super hotel and can be used easily. It's a good hotel to choose depending on how you're going to use it, but I felt it would be limited for regular stays (short trips).

My family and I had a nice holiday staying in this apartment, as it was in a nice peaceful neighbourhood and within walking distance to major points of attraction and amenities like restaurants, supermarket and monorail station. The apartment itself was a little small for family of 4, and had no parking available, but generally comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen space and dining area was a little small, which was a little squeezy for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids, but overall everything worked well. The beds were clean and comfortable too. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Very happy to recommend to others! Thank you very much.

Behind the bus terminal. The room is okay, with a microwave, a large refrigerator, and a home-like bath, but the balcony is about 1 tatami mat in size. There is a building in front of you across the road. The building next door smells like fried food. In the end, I closed the curtains. Are balconies in the city like that?

The room is full of technology, nothing to say.No one has service so I have to give one star. The location is very good, there is Lawson at the intersection, the bus terminal is next to it, and it is only a 7-minute walk from Don Quixote.Unfortunately, there is no parking space provided. If you rent a car, you will have to go around the parking space, and additional parking fees will be added to the room price.

The location is near the Yui Rail station in the city, so there is no problem. There are restaurants nearby and it is close to Kokusai Street. It is very convenient as it is close to Kenmin Square in front of the prefectural office, which is often set as a meeting place for tours.

We are 3 adults and 1 child staying in 603, with 2 standard single beds and 1 standard double bed. The mattress was very good to sleep on, the room was very clean, and the bathroom was also very clean, with no traces of mold. The water heater is Rinnai's constant temperature and can be used for showering and bathtubs. The mirror lighting on the sink is beautiful, the hair dryer is mod’s hair, and there is an electric iron under the sink. The room has an IH stove, range hood, sharp electronic pot, microwave oven, electronic water heater, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, dehumidifier, and air purifier. (Not used yet so cannot comment)There are two TVs on the wall, so there is no need to compete with children for TV programs. The air conditioner is Daikin. It is very quiet at night and has an internal cleaning function. After staying here, I want to replace my own air conditioner with the same model. The kitchen is equipped with a simple set of pots and pans, cutting knives, chopping boards, trays, knives and forks, spoons and chopsticks, bowls, sauce plates, vegetable washing and draining baskets, ice buckets, hot drink cups and cold drink cups. There are also dishwashing liquid/caipa cloth/kitchen paper towels/plastic wrap. (No seasonings and salad oil)The refrigerator is divided into freezing and refrigeration, and its capacity is much larger than the small refrigerators in ordinary hotels. There is also a large terrace where you can view the nearby scenery. Only two rooms in the entire building, 601 and 101, have attached parking spaces. The other rooms do not have attached parking spaces, but there is a paid parking lot nearby. We didn't meet any staff during our 2-night stay. When we checked in, we filled in the information on the counter machine and paid, and we got the password. It is used to enter and exit the door and room. It has good security and you don’t need to bring a key or room card when you go out. The disadvantage is that if you want to store your luggage, you may have to find a locker at a nearby station. This location has convenient transportation. It is very close to the kkday day trip meeting point within walking distance. Food nearby is also very convenient. It is highly recommended to stay here. Finally, we had no issues with soundproofing. I don't know if there is no one living nearby, or maybe I am too tired from playing and am fast asleep. All in all, I had a good feeling after staying here. Highly recommend👍
