Very far from the subwayno balconyThere is no way to lock the room doorThe wooden door has been damaged and repaired, and it feels like it can be easily damaged.The sink faucet is broken and not fixed.The air conditioner has a strong musty smellThe room space is very smallWifi speed is very low and cannot be used at allI haven’t even unpacked my luggage yet and there’s no room to walk around.Getting in and out of bed will kick the bed frame

Even if you close the room key, it will open normally if you apply a little force, so there is no safety aspect.There are two locks on the door, the top one is useless, and the bottom one is the type that can be locked from the inside, so it closes from the inside.If you only have the key from the inside to the top, the door will remain open even when the key is closed (please watch the video)When we inquired and included a video, we were told that they would check to see if the lock was locked or not while we were out.The message I got back was that I had checked the wrong room, so just to be sure, I would like to know the hotel and room.I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, but when I contacted them on the morning of the 2nd day, I was told that there was a mistake, but on the night of the 3rd day, I was due to check out the next day, so I didn't reply and said it was okay.I was worried the whole time I was out due to the slowness in confirmation and reporting and the location of the hotel.After checking out, I forgot something and when I asked about the key, I was told it was closed.I had an event for two days during the middle of the school year and wasn't at the hotel most of the day, but I regret that I should have watched it while I was there.I left something valuable, but when I checked, they said they would email it to me, but they must have cleaned it by now, so I think it's too late to get back to them, so it's my fault for forgetting it, so I don't expect it to be returned.I vowed to my friend that I would never stay there again.

I love the room. Room are pacious enough for 3 of us (we choose room with 4 bed).Self check in n self check out system make everything were so easy. Only the location a little bit far from station but beside station there are a big supermarket call DonQi n Daiso, Family Mart, Lawson n 7/11.This area is one of my fave area. Only 1 station from Shin Imamiya station u can catch for a Shinkansen.We are definitely will come back 🤩
