The location is good but there is a really bad smell all over the hotel and in the room. The room is old and with low maintenance.

The smell of the air conditioner is quite strong. Please take action. Other than that, the location is a bit vague, but there are quite a few things nearby, so it's a bad place.

Super good location. Beds are a little stiff, but good for the lower back. Room service comes and makes the bed, and swaps out all the towels every day. Tooth brush and paste, razors and other stuff on first floor, and rooms can get really cold. I set mine to 19°c every night. Super close to the train station and 8 min walk from dotonbori. Can't complain. Rooms were well priced too.

Stayed for the 2nd time. Convenient to travel. Delicious breakfast The room is a little cramped, but because it's in a community, this time I'd like to deduct 1 star. The air conditioner has a lot of dust. If the air doesn't come out, you have to clean the filter yourself. Because I reported it to the officials and there were no employees to clean it. But the staff can change rooms. But the room is a little smaller than before. So I chose to clean the filter myself.

This is my first visit. The room service is great. The staff at the counter are very friendly. The breakfast style doesn't change much. It's the same food every day. I feel a little tired after eating it for about three days. The location is very convenient. You can walk to Shinsaibashi. , Dotonbori are all very fast! The surrounding environment is not too noisy and it is a relatively quiet place at night~

Location is very near the city center, and the room is tiny but good for its cleanness. However, the staff in this hotel is not able to deliver a workable service. During the 2- day stay, we changed the room key for three times. And the staff had no sense for customer service. When we were inquiring the room key issue, a staff jumped in to ask for city tax which never told when check-in. Alright, it should be paid , but do you mind to do it upon check-in or check-out..rather than shifting from an un-settled issue. The staff is really willing to deliver a good service, but they are simply not able to do it. Basic training for service sector is required, please.

Standard twin room, the room is small but acceptable, except there are only two lights above the end of the bed, and the rest are two wire bedside lamps and a table lamp, which makes the room dark and oppressive. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed from a single unit, so if you adjust the bed position yourself (away from the air outlet), the air will still blow all the way to your feet. The only thing that didn't feel good was that we didn't continue sweeping the next day, so we placed the garbage and trash cans in the corner outside the door for the staff in accordance with the regulations. When we came back from going out, the new towels were wrapped like a bag of trash and were placed beside the door together with the trash cans. Outside, it's not very hygienic. The location is very convenient, between Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori Shopping Street, about ten minutes' walk!
