The interior is spacious, so it's good for accommodation for 3 or more people (all suitcases can be unfolded)The accommodation price is good value for money.There is a veranda, but indoor smoking is prohibited, so it was like a smoking area for smokers.We are all non-smokers so we did not use the veranda.The location is about a 15-minute walk from Dotonbori.To be honest, it is a bit tiring for tourists who have to keep walking.And the streets around the accommodation are quiet, but right behind the accommodation? The road in front of the door is a highway, so the sound of traffic is really noisy in the morning or during the day.Perhaps that's why there were several new spare earplugs in the room (refer to the TV table).It is good for multiple people to use as it is spacious and spacious for a Japanese size.It's nice that there's a Family Mart right in front of the building.However, it is not recommended for those who want to stay near Dotonbori, Namba, Shinsaibashi and downtown.

The interior of the room was good for the price.It's next to an elevated road so it's easy to find.At night, the sound of the siren and the driving noise is really serious.The days without it are really good, but the days with it are serious.

Very good location very close to Dotombori, the room had everything you need, the rules are strict but within reason, the beds were comfortable and clean, the air conditioning worked well, with basic amenities.

Absolutely appalling and disgusting service. The staff were extremely rude and extremely unhelpful the entire process. This is a scam. This property stole from me. Not only did they have extreme hidden fees that I was charged without my consent or knowledge, without them being disclosed by when I tried to contact the property about the fees and cancelling the booking and getting a refund as they had not disclosed the fees they were extremely cold and cruel. They weren't willing to provide any assistance and said that I would have to cancel the booking myself, that there would be no refund and additionally to that I would be charged an extra 5000 yen.Due to being unable to afford alternative accommodation I had no choice but to proceed with the booking and be extremely out of pocket. Then upon arriving at the accommodation I was further appalled at the property. It did not match any of the photographs, it was extremely dirty, the couch was covered in many suspicious and unhygienic stains, the minimal bedding provided was covered in hairs, the apartment had a strong unpleasant odour and there weren't even basic amenities provided, not even towels.When my friend called them on my behalf to speak a male staff member was extremely rude and verbally abusive to her (yelling etc).The accommodation was so bad that I was forced to borrow money in order to book last minute accommodation elsewhere. My friend and I were absolutely horrified and extremely upset after the shocking treatment we received from Grande Famille Shimanouchi Dotonbori Condo.The booking was made through booking. com who offered no assistance either.

why treat your new customers like potential criminals? If previous customers violated these very basis rules, then fine them, instead of punishing every and all customers who come after with these ridiculous warnings. No dying hair. No loud noise after curfew. No bulk trash item. Blah blah blah... I am on a vacation, but now I feel like I am being monitored and might be condemned for spontaneous things I might like to do:1. cutting my own hair, a 5000yen fine?2. taking a bath everyday, a 5000yen fine?3. park my bicycle in front, tow away?4. keep the lights on 24/7, 5000yen fine?This would be an evergrowing and everlasting list! Please Exact your revenge on violators and criminals, and Stop punish your new customers with these ridiculous warnings. It's very jarring, unpleasant and inhospitable.
