The only advantage here is the price.Other factors such as responsiveness, cleanliness, and comfort level are all equal.

The store aisles, elevators, shower rooms, and capsule rooms all smell like rabbits! Sweaty smell? body odor? It stinks like a rabbit! I haven't even cleaned it!It's better than camping in the field! It's a capsule hotelYou'll understand if you go, but it really stinks! dirty!Only the toilet is clean and clean.

The store is not clean and bright, and the equipment is not the latest (9700+2080ti), but it is an acceptable configuration for temporary borrowing when going abroad.

I used Rakuten Points on Rakuten Travel. As mentioned in other reviews, it is not suitable for people who are looking for customer service and comfort. This is for people who want to stay a little cheaper. In terms of cleanliness, the capsules were clean and the toilets were also clean. There is also a snack corner on the third floor, which is a blessing for me. The shower also gets flooded with water, but I think you can use your own towel as a mat. It was nice to have a hair dryer too. Lastly, as a piece of advice when using capsules, if you have a sensitive throat, I think it would be a good idea to wear a mask when you sleep. There is also a ventilation fan, so it would be a good idea to ventilate the room before going to sleep. I was lucky that no one was snoring this time.

I don't use a PC, so this is just my impression as an accommodation facility. The only good thing is the location, everything else is bad.Overall, it is hard to say that it is clean, and the amenities are not replenished satisfactorily. The customer base is especially bad, and according to what I've heard from guests, it seems that a certain staffing agency is hosting people who don't have a place to stay. Most of the old men who stay here are scumbags, and even young people often beg for cigarettes, so be careful.

It was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in.The PC that was supposed to be for sale was a mid-spec PC from about 5 years ago, and it crashed several times while I was playing with it.The games that are popular now are not comfortable to play at all. Even csgo stuttered frequently. The room was not cleaned at all and was dusty overall.Although the bathroom is a unit bath, the shower curtain was removed, so the feet of the toilet and sink were soaked. The air conditioner was extremely ineffective and even when I turned up the air volume and temperature setting to the maximum, it didn't work at all and it was hot.The eating area had trash cans overflowing with trash and leftover cup noodles stuck in the sink.Folded guest room sheets were piled up in the basement laundry aisle, blocking access.Even at the laundromat, even after running the dryer for 30 minutes, one T-shirt still wasn't drying properly and was still damp. Also, the change in the vending machine, which seems to double as a coin laundry machine, ran out of change and I couldn't use it.The attitude of all the staff was very bad, they used their smartphones while serving customers, and they didn't even say thank you when checking out, which showed a lack of motivation.Anyway, it's the worst accommodation in every way, and I really want to play some games while staying in Namba! I can't recommend it to anyone other than that.Added on August 21stThe day after my boyfriend stayed at this hotel, he started having problems with his nose and throat, and today he was diagnosed with asthma and acute sinusitis at the hospital. I was fine until then.

I have booked a streaming room for 4 people. To be honest, it was at a level that could be called poor.As a hotel, there was always dust, and there were things like boogers stuck to the ceiling of the bunk beds.I think the cleaning is not very thorough. The gaming PC, which is the best selling point of this hotel, was covered in dust, the cables for the provided equipment were not plugged in, and the games were frequently crashing. As a result, there were machine problems such as the PC not starting up or no sound, and a staff member was in the room for about an hour and a half until the PC was replaced.During the exchange, I sometimes lost some of my personal belongings, so I had something to respond to.This is a level that destroys the concept of streaming rooms. It was a shame because we didn't have this kind of trouble a year ago and the hotel had a high level of satisfaction.I don't think I'll repeat it again. For your information, the service quality is clearly worse than it was a year ago.

The blond-haired brat at the store is acting up. I rounded it up because it's too much of a hassle, but it's so annoying😡💢I don't even want to give it a star at the lowest level!
