I've been here several times because it's very close to Umeda Arts Theater and has good cost performance. There is a Yayoi eave on the first floor, so you don't have to worry about eating alone. There was tea and coffee in the lounge on the ladies floor, so I was able to relax.

I didn't bring a carry case, so it didn't feel that cramped. The room was kept clean and the location was good, making it easy to move around.I will use it again when I go to Osaka!

The worst service I ever received at any hotel in Japan. I stay in many business hotels in Japan for work and this was by far my worst experience. …

I stay in lots of business hotels in Japan for work and this had to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.I asked for an extra pillow because I had back pain and they refused. Claimed they didn’t have any extra pillows. For a corporate business that relies on hundreds of pillows a day to operate, it’s pretty tough to believe this complete lack of hospitality. I’ve stayed at other Unizo’s around Japan and they have always been nice and accommodating.Thank goodness for my status with the booking site to arrange an early cancellation.

It's a bit far from the station, but it's not a bad location if you mainly use Umeda Station. There are a lot of izakayas around the hotel, but the street isn't narrow, so it's okay if you're not walking around at night. The room condition was good for the price. There is a coin randori on the first floor, and the price is cheap... but there are only two, so it is difficult to use it when there are a lot of people staying. Also, there is no coin exchange machine in the laundry room, and the washing machine only takes 100 yen, so it is best to bring coins in advance (there is a beverage vending machine). There are many users of the washing machine, so if you don't take out your laundry right away, it will be collected and stored at the front desk.

I am KoreanThe overall feeling of using it is that it is suitable for Japanese people. As expected from a Japanese hotel, the room size is small, and the bathtub, gown, and slippers are all small. In particular, only my wife can use the gown or slippers. I can use them, but they feel tight and uncomfortable. It says the Wi-Fi signal is strong, but there are some areas in the room that work well and others that don't work well.If you don't turn on the air conditioner in advance, it takes a long time for the room to cool down. Conversely, if it's cold, it takes a long time for the temperature to rise even if you turn it off.The view of the Hankyu train outside the window was good. There didn't seem to be any smell in the room, there was an air purifier. You can hear the sound of the train about every 5 minutes, but it's not loud and it's soft, so it's actually nice to hear it.
