The service is really friendlyonly the room is narrow, there are lots of dirt spots on the walls, there are sawang (cobwebs), there is no hot water, lots of insects such as javelinas, millipedes and luwings in the room and bathroom), the blanket is really itchy to wear😭and before coming to this place I saw a lot of complaints about muk so I looked for what kind of muk was meant and when I checked in there were actually older brothers who wanted to check out and were detained because of the problem of having less than 1 face (he said) and it was true that when I first went in There's only one face in the room. Just to be safe, I took a photo of the face on the table as proof.It turned out that when I got home I was asked where the other Muk was, I immediately showed him the photo evidence of the Muk that was there and I was still detained after he contacted his colleague before I was allowed to leave.I swear, if you don't have many muks, just make sure you give them 1 for each room, don't make them different so you get confused about which room is the first muk and which is the second one. The last customer was annoyed just because of the muk.And the bathroom also doesn't have a doormat, the water faucet likes to come off, the bathroom door is broken, it's enough to stay here once.

For prices under 200 thousand, the rooms are standard, quite comfortable, clean, only the TV doesn't have broadcasts.

The bed sheets had lots of spots, the glasses were dusty, the TV was only for decoration, there was no drinking water available in the room so you had to get it from the dispenser outside. The most annoying thing in my opinion is the cleanliness in the bathroom, the drainage system is not optimal so the water stagnates. In fact, the first time I entered, I found a pool of murky water that smelled like urine. In the toilet hole there are lots of worms moving around (sorry I didn't have time to take a photo because I was so ticklish), for the price of 300 with facilities like this it doesn't seem worth it

There is no hot water. Maybe because the hot springs come from sunlight. If it often rains and is cloudy, it seems like it will be difficult to get a hot water supply.The room has no AC. But we slept when the temperature in Bukittinggi was 20-21 degrees Celsius. The room is cold.Breakfast can be a snack.I give a rating of 4. It was enough for us to spend the night before continuing our journey.

The TV is a gimmick (doesn't work), the hot water is a gimmick (doesn't work), the WiFi is active in the middle of the night, the breakfast is fried, the room smells like cat pee + lots of ants, the technician is careless even for trivial problems.

At first it was good, but the last 3 times I've stayed here, it's been a long time, it's not good anymore, the water is very inadequate, they said there was a water heater and apparently it wasn't active, please help the manager, if you want the hotel to be busy, please clean the toilets and repair the water.

You don't even have drinking water in your room, you have to take it outside and when you go home you are given bottled waterThe wifi doesn't workThe TV has no signalThe mattress is not clean and feels grittyThe service staff does not provide solutions to complaints that occur to customersThis is the realityThe hot water is inadequate

It's a bit uncomfortable...the soap dispenser in the bathroom doesn't work...the cleanliness of the bathroom is a bit dirty...but it's suitable for a fairly comfortable stay with the family...

location on the side of the main road... clean rooms... there are prayer mats in the rooms, cheap prices, even without AC but the air in the rooms is cold, the check-in process is easy and fast... spacious parking...

the guys who work nights at the reception just make video calls with their girlfriends. They are not good employees and do not solve problems. the hotel is dirty, there is no WiFi and there is no hot water either

The room is good, the mattress is good, clean... but the sound from outside can be heard clearly so if your rest is disturbed... where the dog barks it feels like it's next door... and the bathroom doesn't have hot water... if you use the bathroom in the next room it sounds clear
