I used it on a business trip to Osaka.When I checked in for 1 second, I won APA President Curry from the Samurai Blue Campaign.thank you.The hotel is clean, quiet and nice.I will use it again.

Because the room was a little small, there was no microwave in the room, and it was only installed on the 2nd floor. It would have been nice if there was at least one on each floor.However, considering the accommodation fee, there is no problem at all.The lobby, front desk, and rooms were all beautiful and clean, and most of the necessary facilities were provided, so I had a comfortable night's stay.The room was quiet and the voices from outside were well blocked out.I didn't use the public bath this time, so if I have a chance to go next time, I would like to use the public bath as well.

The reception at the lobby is efficient, the rooms and facilities are very good, and the large public bath and ice machine are good. I stay here when I go on a business trip to Osaka.

The hotel itself is a regular APA hotel.The breakfast was the worst of any hotel I've ever been toThe salmon has a lot of white stuff on it and it tastes really bad.The mackerel in the same container was also really bad.How many days ago have you been using it?The butter feels like it's melted once.Vegetable juice thinner than the drink bar at a family restaurantNo need for a half buffet, a full buffet is fine.Some people were waiting because there were too few seats, and some people left without eating if they couldn't wait.The buffet aisle from your seat is too narrow.It says to return the plate to the waiter while eating, but there are times when the waiter is not at the entrance, so I would like the plate to be turned over when the meal is finished.Only the tonkatsu is deliciousThere are restaurants around the hotel that serve breakfast, so it's not worth paying 1,600 yen to eat here.

It's very convenient as it's close to the station. Although small, the room was clean. I am very sorry that only one item had a musty smell. I didn't want to change the room, so I left it as is, but I hope next time I come, I'll get a room that doesn't have that musty smell.

I am an APA direct user who uses APA Hotel several times a year.This was my first time using Temmabashi, and I was glad that it had everything I was looking for in an APA hotel. I also liked the fact that the facility had a large public bath, so I will use it again.It may be inevitable, but there is one thing. I was a little concerned that the toilet in the guest room smelled like urinary stones.

16 Aug 2024: 1) Very small room. Too small to even keep the luggage under the bed because it cannot be pulled out even if it's slid underneath because the desk is blocking. I don't know how westerners can stay in such small rooms. 10 & 11 m2 rooms like a cage). Expensive.2) Our check-in was handled by a polite lady (Japanese?) staff. After it was done & we were leaving for the lift, a plump male reception staff randomly & casually said, "Terima Kasih" playfully without looking at us. That's Indonesian language. There were no other guests there. Is he Indonesian? Unprofessional & disrespectful to just randomly toss words out of boredom. Shouldn't hire such foreign people who cannot conduct themselves in a Japanese way.3) Dust & dirt on the bathroom door with black corner below the door hinge. Same as another APA hotel @ Ebisucho.4) No coordination between reception & housekeeping. After check-in, I informed reception female staff that I don't want housekeeping on their housekeeping date as I will be checking out the next day after that date. She said Ok. I didn't expect that it would be Ok. True enough, on housekeeping date, the housekeeper still knocked on the door. I said I already told reception. After that was settled, reception then called on the room phone asking if no housekeeping was needed "today" & how about amenities?5) Only 3 washing machines & dryers which were occupied. 2 machines in the lobby & 1 inside the Spa room. So I had to go outside the hotel to use a laundromat that is actually better, faster & cheaper (600 yen wash & dry 30 mins each) versus APA (500 yen for wash alone). Because I have to go outside of the hotel to do my laundry, minus 1 whole star.6) Housekeeping staff slow in removing trash in the morning. Even till 11 am, the trash is still at the room door. Slow to hang fresh towels on the door (wait till after the trash has been done first).7) Hard & flat pillows.8) APA has a different & longer check-in procedure than other hotels. At the Ebisucho one, I had to touch screen my home address & phone number, but I didn't have to for this Temmabashi. I guess once you are "registered" for the first time, there's no need to do it again. Home addresses & especially, phone numbers are private information that the hotel shouldn't be asking for check-in. For depositing luggage, they use QR code which requires that you have Internet connection on your phone (U can use the hotel lobby Wi-Fi but need the staff to key in the password on your phone, which requires that you let the staff hold & touch your phone). If QR code doesn't work, reception offered to write down.9) The bathroom floor or drain stank of urine. Wet wipes removed some yellow stains beside the toilet bowl. Even after I washed the bathroom floor, there was still the smell of urine although less stinky.10) Poor window soundproofing against sirens & motorbike noises./// Pros = 1) Nice "artificial onsen" or Spa pools (seem to be just heated tap water or maybe not). The staff checks the water quality in the evening. The bubbling pool is nice. The inner room sometimes has noise of the road outside, so sirens & motorbikes can be heard loudly in the peaceful & relaxing spa.2) Good Wi-Fi.3) Polite female reception staff.4) Fresh towels are hung on the door everyday.5) Nice long desk with comfortable chair that surprisingly has wheels.6) Very near to Osaka Castle & shopping mall (small supermarket) & convenience stores. And near to the Temmabashi station.

I’ve found a BED BUG on my Pillow no Joke. I never thought I see the day to find a Bed bug in hotel especially not in Japan but here we are. I was actually enjoying this place till this very moment.I don’t know if this is a problem for you but i don’t want to want to wake up with insects on me and a ton of itching bites.Also there is strangers hair on the maters. I guess the have never heard of lint rollers. And the room has stains on the wall, they look like dried blood. Some parts are even extremely dusty like the window are.Really disappointed with this place.

Very good, but the room is a bit small. The video in the room is free and highly recommended. The breakfast is delicious, especially the Japanese snacks that come in a box per person. It would be great if you can eat them repeatedly.

It is Japanese business hotel sized. It was cleaner than LiVEMAX and other brands. The onsen for men was great for this price bracket. I assume the women’s was also the same. The location is an office-y area, so lots of cheap restaurant brands, quiet at night, but nightlife is only via train or a 45minute walk to dotonbori.

Just go to door number 3, go 100m towards Familymart.Small room only about 10m but fully equipped with large bed, large TV, refrigerator...The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, bathtub, and bidet toilet.The hotel has a Japanese-style bath on the 2nd floor for guests free of charge, just bring a room card and wear a yukata

APA Tower in Umeda was too big and I didn't feel comfortable, but this one was small and nice. The location is perfect as both the station and Family Mart are just a few minutes walk away. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the changing room of the public bath was too cold and the windows were foggy so there was no view.
