We had a very good stay. The staff is pleasant, the room quiet, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located a stone's throw from the lively Osaka district, public transport is easily accessible. It was perfect for us!

The counter is friendly and has Chinese-speaking staff. There is a washing machine (without drying function) in the room, and there are also clothes drying racks. There are many things you can say if you look for a place to stay, but I made a reservation on booking.com and it cost about 13,000 yen per night for a triple room with breakfast included.I can't complain after staying at this price.It's convenient as it's just a 10 minute walk to Dotonbori.There is no parking lot, but we used a coin parking lot near the hotel for 3000 yen for one day.

I had friends stay here during a long-term (4 week stay) and stayed here with my family based on their experiences. The crystal exe is nothing fancy, but it gets the job done and is an excellent value, especially when shared.They have towels and toiletries available downstairs for replenishment along with washing powder (at a small charge).Overall, it’s a good space and in a great location. Easily walkable to all the main Osaka stations and sights!

It's nice because the apartment has been remodeled, so it's fully equipped with a fully automatic washing machine, refrigerator, and microwave.
