The bath and toilet were separate and very clean!The basic cosmetics are from Sekkisei and the hair dryer is from Refa, so you don't have to bring anything!I wish I didn't have to include breakfast...It was subtle.Even though children were charged the same price as adults, the only drinks they could drink were coffee and tea.I booked a smoking room by mistake and it smelled bad (tears).

The room was spacious and I really liked the modern design. The bed was particularly comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. There were plenty of amenities, and the water pressure in the shower was good, so I had a relaxing time. I could enjoy the view from the window, and it felt like a quiet hideaway in the middle of the city.The front staff was very courteous and check-in and check-out were smooth. When I asked for recommendations on sightseeing spots and restaurants, I was impressed by how kind they were.

The hotel assigned me a very noisy room, despite my prior request for a quiet one. The staff promised to help us move our luggage when changing rooms, but they damaged my suitcase during the process. I did not receive any apology for this incident. Moreover, the attitude of the hotel staff towards guests was extremely poor. When cleaning the room, they didn't even take out the trash. I am very dissatisfied with this hotel.Even though we had requested a quiet room in advance, the hotel assigned us a very noisy room. When moving from room to room, the staff promised to help carry my luggage, but my suitcase was damaged in the process. There was no apology whatsoever for this matter. Furthermore, the customer service attitude of the hotel staff was very poor, and the garbage was not even collected when the room was cleaned. I feel very dissatisfied with this hotel.

We had a good 2 nights stay here. Though the hotel lobby is located on the 8th floor and you need to transfer to another elevator to your room which i find a bit of a hassle. Breakfast restaurant located on the 2nd floor. What I like the most is the toiletries are located on the 8th floor and you just get what you need.

Fantastic hotel with lots of charm and well-equipped rooms.Very good location as well as a good quality breakfast.We traveled in May, but I only leave this review. And even, a few months later this hotel impressed me so much that I took the time today to write this little review.Very attentive staff and attention to detail! I enjoyed it immensely!

Good location, the counter staff is friendly and friendlyAs soon as I entered the room, I felt bright and clean.There is also a purifier with humidification function in the room🫶Take the Nankai Express from Kansai Airport to Tenkachaya and transfer to the Sakaisuji LineGo to Sakaisuji Honmachi and look for Exit 17, which is the escalator (going up)At first I was worried that the escalator at Exit 17 was going down.So we took the elevator up from Exit 15 and then crossed the streetThese photos are all photos of exits from elevators and escalators going up.If anyone needs it, you can refer to it😁There are 7-11, Starbucks, and probably Yoshinoya (?) near the exit.Yamato’s breakfast is a set meal🫠

It's a clean and spacious hotel.I had a Refa hair dryer and hair straightener, and they were so good that I bought them after I got home.It's not a downtown area, so there aren't many restaurants nearby, but there are enough of them to be comfortable. Many stores were closed on Sundays, which was a bit of a problem.There is also a convenience store and drug store.It's close to the station, so there's nothing to say.It was a hotel I would like to stay at again.
