Rooms are okay for what you pay. TVs are smart, so you can at least stream Netflix, YT, etc. Location is great, right next to Shinsaibashi and just a 15-20 min walk to Dotonbori. The only reason I marked down the service is because the staff at the front desk still continue the obsolete and unnecessary practice of asking to see your zairyu card when you state that you are a legal resident of Japan.

I stayed here for 2 nights (breakfast included).There was no problem with customer service, and it was kind and courteous.The facilities in the room seemed old, but it was clean.The lighting was dim, so it was difficult to apply makeup.Even with the curtains open, it was still dark.The provided slippers and toothbrush were difficult to use.I went to the nearby DAISO to buy some quickly.For breakfast, there were side dishes that looked like they were sold at a commercial supermarket.I didn't feel like eating much.The juice is also thin and sweet (there isn't much fruit juice in it)It was a little disappointing.However, the hotel is conveniently located near Shinsaibashi-suji shopping street. I took a taxi from Namba, but the driver didn't seem to know where it was. There was a similar building nearby, so I thought it was here, but when I got off, it was different. 😭When I contacted the hotel, they very kindly gave me directions and I arrived after walking for about 5 minutes. I don't think I would have made a mistake if I had just walked along the shopping streets of Ebisubashi and Shinsaibashi.The room was clean and the bed was large, so I was able to spend a relaxing time. Amenities are also available next to the front desk, including bath salts, cleansers, and facial wash, which is nice.

I used it for a wedding.The breakfast was buffet style and the food was average.It was delicious.Amenities are also placed next to the front desk.I can take what I needThere were also bath salts.The nearest one is Shinsaibashi, so it's convenient.I would like to use it again when I'm nearby.

Used for business trips. Good access near Shinsaibashi Station. Although it is located in a busy zone, it is close to Shinsaibashi shopping street, but it is a little outside so it was quiet.There are many food restaurants around, and there's a Family Mart next door, so it's convenient. The hotel and rooms are nice and clean. Osaka itself has a lot of foreign tourists, and there were many Asian foreign tourists at the hotel.I noticed that one staff member responded in a business-like manner. It's a shame because the other staff seemed friendly.Overall, I am very satisfied and would like to use it again when I go on a business trip.
