Large room suitable for short or overnight stay. You choose the room from a monitor and you being the receipt to the counter for the keycard. Payment is made AFTER the stay

It's expensive and the usability of the room is poor.It's quite old.The washroom is difficult to use.The bed looks cheap.I don't know if there's a mattress or not, but I feel like I'm bottoming out and the comfort isn't that good. I'd like to try a different place next time.

This was my first time staying using Agoda.Normally hotel stays are from 20:00, but if you make a reservation through Agoda, you can use the hotel from 15:00 (Max: 21 hours).The room was also very nice.*There are some concerns here and there, but I think it's within an acceptable range.I didn't particularly care about the lady at the front desk who was mentioned in some reviews.If possible, I would appreciate it if you could get two sets of towels and bath towels, as I only have one set each.There is also a wide variety of in-house food.WiFi speed is also fast enough.

Used on business trips.I couldn't find a business hotel in the city during spring break, so I chose this one, which was highly rated in the Umeda area.First of all, I thought the location and room size were very good...◆The cleanliness is too badIt's pretty bad.The area around the bed was particularly bad, and I was disappointed with the stained linens.The mattress, which looked slightly curled up, was also covered in brown stains.This mattress is uncomfortable and makes my body sink in an odd direction, making it difficult to sleep.Also, perhaps because the entire room was covered in house dust, my nose was clogged with runny nose from beginning to end (it was normal until I entered the room), and even after using the air purifier and dry air conditioner, it didn't change.Eventually, my back, legs, and face started to itch and I couldn't bear it anymore. .I tried my best to get as much sleep as possible, but in the end I couldn't get any sleep, so I checked out early in the morning and went back to a nearby hotel.I stay in hotels about 50 nights a year, but this was the first time I decided to leave without being able to sleep.

The receptionist is a bit curt, but all you have to do is tell them your room number and they don't ask you the name of the restaurant, which is nice.

I paid the service time + accommodation fee and stayed there.We called the first cast member between 16:00 and 18:00, and the second cast member at 10:00, but a problem occurred! ``The third person will be charged separately'', so I was further charged half the room rate. I couldn't afford to let the cast members be humiliated, so I agreed because of time constraints.This doesn't make sense to me since I paid the service charge + accommodation fee twice, and as a result, it would have been cheaper to get a different room. There should be a different method if there is a note stating that there is an additional charge or if it is explained from the beginning at check-in.Furthermore, it was discovered that another cast member was present beforehand, and they made uncomfortable faces and the atmosphere deteriorated. It's really the worst.The terms and conditions only explain that it is impossible for three people to stay together (and in small print). I am not aware that I am the third person here, and after being humiliated by the hotel, I think it is impossible for them to charge me a fee that was not explained in advance at the time of check-in.I'm not asking for my money back, but I will never use this affiliated store again! ! ! good bye.
