Plus: spacious rooms, from the room window you can see the view of the lake, large parking area, friendly owner.Min: water quality still needs to be improved, the amount of water that comes out is still not stable, the water smells, the room still lacks a cupboard to store some luggage

This is the only RedDoorz chain hotels in town. It's just fit to your need to take a short break during your trip to or from Padang via the high mountain of Mount Tala. During evening it'a freezing out side the building

DO NOT BOOK.Booked a room and had money taken out of account. However, once we arrived we were told that we needed to pay more. This is extortion.For a RedDoorz franchise that is advertising a set price, how can we be expected to pay double upon arrival. Very unprofessional.

DO NOT STAY HERE ITS A SCAM!!! I booked this place online and the booking was confirmed. When I arrived the owner refused to let me stay unless I pay an extra 200000 rupiah. I did not want to so I asked for a refund of what I had already paid (150000 rupiah). The owner refused to give me a refund and RedDoorz also refused because the owner had already accepted the booking. The owner was extremely rude and did not want to assist in rectifying their own incompetence. After arguing for over an hour I decided to leave.
