Since there were no other hotels available during the Obon period, I booked this hotel knowing that the reviews were not very good, but it was just as the reviews said.On the day before and on the day of arrival, there were no instructions via email or anything, so I couldn't find the hotel entrance. Not knowing anything about it, I went to the store facing the street and was looking around, when a store staff member came out and kindly told me that the entrance to the hotel was over there. At the doorbell, ask the front staff to open the auto-lock, enter the building, and check in at the front desk on the second floor.I parked my car in an empty space in the back parking lot, but it was full today, so I was directed to the coin parking lot across the street from Hotel Artle Emerald. Parking was 1,000 yen for 24 hours, and I was not given any parking fees, so I walked back less than 1 km each way under the scorching sun.And as soon as I entered the room, there was a smell of sewage. The air conditioner was probably left on 24 hours a day, so I thought the water in the washer trap was evaporating and the smell was rising, so I poured about 2L of water into the drain and the smell almost disappeared. The floor inside the room was gritty and sandy, and the hooks for hanging clothes were covered in dust.I had high expectations, but since the room was on the third floor, there was a forest across the road and I couldn't see the ocean at all.Since there was no food to eat, I brought in food that I bought at a nearby convenience store, but there was only one round table with a slanted top and a diameter of about 4.50cm for four people. There is an IH stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle for cooking. The bathroom was clean, so that was a good thing.Well, overall, it's a typical example of whether it's cheap or bad.I won't be staying again next time.

There are other people's reviews, but the hotel's parking lot, building, and rooms are all excellent. The people at the front desk were kind, answered the phone well, and responded quickly, which made me feel at ease. Next time I come to Miyakojima, I will stay here again. There is no sewage smell or anything like that mentioned in other reviews.

I stayed on the 6th floor☺️Because it's during the Miyakojima summer festival,I was able to watch the fireworks up close from my room.Satisfied🤗Painagama Beach is right in front of you.Low water pressure, low hot waterTelephone pole obstructing parking lot entranceBut it's cheap 🤔The caps and labels of plastic bottles are marked as combustible garbage, but I wonder if that's how they are separated in Okinawa ☺️The person at the front desk seems to be from India and is only there from 3pm to 9pm 😅

I stayed for 2 nights during Golden Week in May 2020.Since it was Golden Week, the price was much higher than usual. If you are expecting hotel-like service, you should avoid it.I had stayed at Mr. Kinjo many times before, so I didn't have high expectations for the service, and I was looking for a condominium for my family of three, so it was OK.The front desk could even be called a front desk (it was like a linen room), but it was a foreigner. But what's appropriate is that it's easy.Washing machines, microwave ovens, dining tables, etc. are all useful for families.I couldn't use the kitchen as there were no utensils. Can it be rented? However, Family Mart is right next door and Max Value is also a short drive away, so as long as you buy food that doesn't require cooking, you won't have any problems. I've eaten takeout from Max Value's taco shop several times. Please separate and dispose of your own garbage. This is also not a problem if you think of it as your own home. The parking lot is located at the back of the building and is easy to park and exit.

It is about a 20-minute walk from the main street, which is difficult in hot weather. It's a 5-minute drive and there are many public parking lots on the main street. You can't drink alcohol...Right after exiting Ibura Bridge. It is located in the middle between Shimoji Island (airport) and Miyakojima Island, so no matter where you go, you can reach major destinations within 40 minutes, or 10 to 30 minutes based on accommodation. There is a fee for parking, but it is limited so it is on a first-come, first-served basis at 3pm every day.On the first day, I checked in around 6 o'clock, but it was full so I couldn't even pay.The next day, I applied for a fee on a first-come, first-served basis, but I came in at night and was informed that there was no place to park and to call. This means that there are still parking spots and it may be possible without paying;;I think you can park your car until they tell you to pull out. There are no restrictions on entry and exitParking is free at the beach right across the street, but they tell me I won't be compensated in case of an accident, so I'm directed to a public parking lot opposite the Atoll Emerald Hotel, but I can't walk because it's so hot (10-minute walk)You have to go down to the counter to change towels by 8 every day.Garbage must be disposed of directly in front of the elevator on the first floor. To return the checkout key, place it in the mailbox in front of the elevator on the 1st floor. It's nice to have a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and washing machine in the room. When I entered the accommodation, I bought a lot of ice cream from the convenience store.I requested a high floor so the view wasn't badThe water pressure may weaken if you use water at the same time, such as in a washing machine.i did itThere is a water temperature control where the washing machine is located. You have to set it so that warm water comes out, but if you set it too high, cold water doesn't come out, so you have to adjust it accordingly (photo). It's nice that the toilet, shower (bathtub), and sink space are separated, but there's no separate closet, so it's a bit narrow to spread out two suitcases.I was worried because the reviews said it had a smell, but it didn't.I didn't know that the bathroom was smelly because they used purpuri. It's perfect for this because I played in the water and went sightseeing from morning to evening, then just washed and slept. If you have a baby, I recommend a place with more quality.

I looked at various reviews before staying, but the reviews were as low as the reviews. First of all, the front desk is difficult to understand. I went up to the second floor and checked in in the heat. …

Anyway, the room smells musty. It stinks even after deodorizingEven if you use mold killer in the drain, it still smellsThere's probably mold on the inside of the wallpaper or the inside of the sink.My companion immediately wanted to go home, and he became unwell from inhaling too much black mold. What's more, the comforter is also full of stains.Approximately 5,000 yen per night is reasonable.
