The hotel is within walking distance of Osaka Castle, Subway Station and JRExcellent combination of price and qualityAmong the problems we encountered:1. The air conditioner had a bad smell and was covered in mold inside.2. We arrived late at night and since we didn’t receive a registration letter, we only got there by writing to the owner’s emailI recommend contacting in advance for information.

The price is cheap. Because it is newly built, the facilities are very clean, but there is no elevator. The steep slope of the stairs is steep and the width of the stairs is narrow, so it is a bit dangerous. There were up to the 4th floor, and the higher you went up, the stairwells and hallways were extremely steamy as there was no ventilation or ventilation at all. However, there is an air conditioner in the room, so it is very cool as long as you turn on the air conditioner. Here, you have to go up the second floor to start the first floor. Literally up the stairs is the 4th floor, but the rooms are numbered 300... I feel betrayed haha. It's very cheap, but considering the taxi and subway costs to go back and forth from downtown Osaka, I'd just pay the high price and get a hotel downtown. The 13 square meter non-smoking room has a space to put your shoes as soon as you open the door, a toilet the size of a booger (with a bathtub) to the immediate left, and two beds right in front of you. There is very limited space to step on, and you can leave your luggage in the open space under the bed. What looked like someone's hair and cookie crumbs, which was definitely not my hair, came out of the blanket. There was no scent from the sheets and blankets, but I wonder if they are washed every time. It's cheap and newly built, so it's suitable. Not recommended for people with a lot of luggage. Because there is no elevator...

I can't understand Japanese...I booked two rooms, but I only booked one room, which is completely different from the homepage. I made a reservation on a certain travel site to avoid being scammed, but it was the worst. I often wonder if I should list a hotel like this. I had no choice but to find another hotel in a hurry👊

I don't know. The room itself is pretty nice, but there's mould I the AC, and when it's around 36 degrees Celsius, you really wanna use it..Kind staff, they let us check in an hour early, but they speak no English.Location wise, it okay but not too exciting if you plan on doing late night activities. Dontonbori for example is 30 mins away.

The rooms are new, clean, have a secure entrance code. Near the train station 350 meters. Staff speak English very well. and ready to help If there is a chance, I will return to stay here again.

We followed the instructions and arrived before 18 to check in. Given the low price we paid this hotel exceeded our expectations. Rooms are quite small but cozy. I would not recommend bringing a big suitcase here, as in addition to the small rooms there is no elevator. You can hear outside noise, but a pair of earplugs helps with that.

You can hear your neighbours move around2.Not sure about the ventilationSometimes you can smell weird things3.No elevator, have to carry your luggage through steep stairs4.Thin mattress, if you sit on it with a sudden down move, you will hit your butt onto the hard bottom beneath the mattress, and it moves around easily5.No help for late check in, that's understandable since they stated the staff working time, but what's stupid is that They didn't send me the entrance code for the gate, they left me a key for the room, but I couldn't get in to reach anything, and there's no one to help online or offline (WHO would LOCK KEYs INSIDE LOCKED DOOR?!)

No elevator at all!!! Our luggages were big and heavy we had to carry them :( The self check in tablet wasn't working but i scanned the code from my phone and it worked. The room was quite enough and clean. The place is near the city center.

The hotel staff were very polite and communication was smooth. It's very difficult to open the lock lol. The key is to turn it halfway and then press the key while pointing at it, rather than turning it all the way! I was able to enjoy sightseeing in Osaka at a wonderful hotel. thank you very much.
