DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!Stayed in a VIP room at a rate of 535,000 a night and I booked 4 rooms at once. It turned out that the sheets from the week before we stayed had not been replaced, FYI we were staying in the same room. We stayed Monday to Friday, even once the sheets were not changed. Came back again on Tuesday and took the same room (VIP room 128) but the sheets had not been changed. The coffee drip stains were still the same as they were a week ago and the mattress was covered in ants.It's really disgusting because after it was confirmed that there were guests staying after I stayed in that room, that meant the guests were using my used sheets. And it could be that the sheets I used previously were also used by someone else.I can't imagine staying in a hotel but the sheets are stained with other people's slobber and sweat. Disgusting... Absolutely BADHopefully other guests can be more careful. It's best to just ask to change the sheets with new sheets before entering the room.

The first came in the middle of the night, when I entered the room on the second floor it was smelly and stuffy so I asked to move rooms... When I moved, the AC couldn't work using the remote in room 210Room prices are expensive, don't match the facilities and services, extra bed 200kNot a recommendation for the hotel π

for a VIP room IDR 535,000 is very far from expectations.. Foot mats are not available.. the quality of the bed is still like a boarding house.. there is no telephone in the room.. the breakfast is far from expectations for a hotel priced at IDR 535,000 per night..

If you don't pay attention to WiFi, it's very slow, plus there are very few TV broadcasts, so it doesn't match the price of the room which is quite expensive... Hopefully this will be a concern...

Affordable accommodation, the rooms are comfortable and clean, only the bathroom tub has a slight leak, but it doesn't really matter, the hotel wifi doesn't work, the AC is cold, the water is clean. Delicious breakfast and strategic location. Over all, staying here is comfortable.

A good hotel in West Pasaman especially near Simpang Ampek.The condition of the room is very good, the bathroom is wide and the water runs smoothly. I only have one suggestion, please clean the terrace outside the room more often because there is a lot of bird droppings!!
