A little too regal for my taste. They gave me a room upgrade, which was just a room with two beds, but I was just one person. Staff were friendly and service-oriented. Nice views of Osaka. The room was reserved using Marriott rewards points, but I did not have access to the lounges because the family member using their points wasn't staying there and had only reserved the room for me. Other Marriotts have allowed me to use all of the services in spite of this, but not this location. I understand, but appreciate those other locations more for the small benefits gained from access to lounges and such.

I stayed here for the first time in over 10 years. My first disappointment was that even though I made a reservation using the app's ``Start your day in luxury with breakfast included'' option, I was told at check-in that ``points are not applicable when using points.''I was also developing software, and in cases like this, you should either issue a warning midway through or make it impossible to make reservations.I was informed that breakfast was available without a reservation, but there was no timetable and I called an extension the next morning to inquire. At that time, I was informed that the order was ``until 10:30,'' which I thought was odd, so I asked, ``Last orders are at 10:30, right?'' and she replied, ``No, we'll start cleaning up at 10:30.'' I felt that the employee training was not done properly. The next thing that surprised me was that the washlet was made by Matsushita Electric Works, and the TV was only 32 inches with an analog remote control. In other words, I am still using a TV made before 2011, and I have been using my Washlet for over 20 years. The shower had a cheap water-saving type, so I felt cold because the hot water didn't come easily, and the amount of hot water was so low that the shampoo and body soap bubbles didn't wash away easily, which made me feel uncomfortable. There were two free bottles of water (500ml) in the room, but they were just Crystal Kaiser bottles filled with Costco tap water. It's so cheap that I doubt it's really worth 5 stars. In the end, I bought water at a nearby convenience store. The signboard for Stella Maris, where I used to eat a lot, was still there, but I thought it was uncool because I could see the inside was empty.I think the guest rooms are well-cleaned and most of the staff members are excellent, but there are some staff members who are not attentive, and staff members who speak privately to each other in the dining hall and cannot call you when you call them (Japanese cuisine). ), 5☆ You should return the name of the hotel. At most it's a 4 star, but if you're just staying the night it's a 3 star. Maybe American Business Inn's 3 stars are much better?

I stayed here on my anniversary.Even though the family had clearly informed Marriott Bonvoy of whose anniversary it was, the message card that was left in the room due to a mistake at the hotel had a completely unrelated "Happy Anniversary" written on it. I was very surprised. If this is the case, I think it would be better not to make a message card or leave it in the room. They said they would provide hors d'oeuvres at the club lounge, but they forgot to do so for over 30 minutes, so I had to ask them to serve them. In a lounge where only a limited number of people can enter, the only thing the staff can offer directly to customers is hors d'oeuvres, so it was a shame that this was forgotten. From check-in to room guidance, the staff were not Japanese, but they were very polite and attentive in very good Japanese, which made me feel comfortable. However, what happened after that was very disappointing.I had the impression that the meals were mostly from the club lounge, breakfast, and salty menu items.Having worked here in the past, I was taught many times that it was a prestigious hotel, but when I came here as a customer, I was disappointed with this result. I had a lot of friends who quit because it was too tough, but I was really disappointed with this result when I stayed there. If it was a regular hotel in that area, I would think it would be acceptable, but the service was disappointing since the accommodation fee is a certain amount.Although it is a high-class hotel, I don't think I will come here next time.

Although the room looks older, the space is okayIt takes about ten minutes to walk from the hotel to Osaka Station. The road is easy to walk and acceptable. In terms of service, I feel that the room cleanliness is not at a five-star level, but other aspects are pretty good ~

Eating at the lobby lounge on the 1st floor. It's open until 6pm, so we recommend getting there early. The ceiling is high and the atmosphere including furniture and customer service is good.
