I contacted them because the 22 hours didn't fit, but I felt that they were very responsive as they were from a foreign country.It's a little far from the station, and I walked there around 11pm, but there weren't many people around, so it might be dangerous if you were a woman alone.The room was clean. There are plenty of amenities and it feels clean.It was very nice to have a microwave, refrigerator, and freezer.However, I forgot something in my room and even though I called them right away on the same day, they didn't even bother to check. I contacted them several times and they finally did, but the response was terrible. I'm sorry for taking so much time, but I would have liked to have been a little more attentive to the customers.I was disappointed at the last minute.

It was far from the station and the road to get there was dark.It was nice to have a microwave in the room, but the house dust made me sneeze, runny nose, and cough.The walls were so thin that I could hear people's voices.The bathtub was also dark and not clean.It's cheap, so it's fine if you just want to sleep, but I don't think you'll want to stay there for a long time.There was only one coin laundry, and no detergent was sold.

This is my first time using this.The local Livemax was beautiful, so I made a reservation without looking at the reviews.This was a mistake. Auto lock as everyone has written. I can't help but feel anxious because my number is being used. Also, the walls are thin and voices leak through.The room was so dirty I couldn't stand it.Since the employees are foreigners, I think the standards are foreign standards.Also, the water scale in the bathroom is terrible.What's more, I got a single room even though I had booked a semi-double room.Everything is appropriate. I chose it based on the location and price and I have no regrets.I think it's better for everyone to choose safety over price. I regret being stingy and will reflect on this in the future.

I would definitely recommend not staying there.The room is really dirty. The bathtub was full of red mold and the room was also full of dust. The lobby is always empty and the customer service is the worst. And for some reason the room wasn't cleaned.Also, considering it's far from the station, the prices aren't cheap.If you're going to stay here, it's better to stay at another hotel even if it's a little far from Osaka Station.

As others have written, the lock was opened without permission.At 3 a.m., I heard the sound of a numbered key being pressed, the door being unlocked and a man entering.I woke up suddenly, and when I ran into him at the entrance, he stopped saying, "Excuse me." I don't know what would have happened if I hadn't noticed.It's so scary that I can't sleep and it's the worst. I recommend not staying there no matter how cheap it is.

The location is easy to find by following under the elevated railway station where EST is located. It's an apartment made out of something. There were no outlets near the bed, so I had to wire the cables under the table. It's convenient to have a small refrigerator and microwave.
