A non-smoker lived in a smoking room, the first day it smelled, but an open window plus an air conditioner solved the problem. The location is excellent, microwave, kettle in the room, cooler, everything is fine

When I went down to the lobby from my room, the front staff's private language (negative words such as annoying and ignoring) was so loud that I could clearly hear them, and of course they didn't even say hello in the morning, which made me feel uncomfortable.In the guest room, there was hair in a washed cup, and there were small insects flying around in the room.On days when I went out slowly, the cleaners threw out the linens in the hallway and avoided it. I wasn't expecting much, but the staff didn't even say hello.I saw G several times at one of the two entrances.I will never use this hotel again.

Overall very positive experience.It's a business hotel, I knew what I've booked and didn't expect the unexpected.Therefore important to know for the potential future customer:- limited closet space (actually more like none any beside a rack at the entrance).- Bathroom was a nice surprise as it had all needed (small bath, potent shower, Japanese style toilet, large amount of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, razor, toothbrush,...).- Bed was confortable.-AC was easy to set (there's a book with all the info on how to do it over the fridge).-TV has Japanese channels only but I found it fun for the immersion.-Mini fridge available. Careful the freezer is not really keeping thing frozen (there's a message on the lift explaining that).-Small bureau and chair available.-Carpet floor.No cleaning service on my plan but I had a daily change of towels.I very much enjoyed the experience for the price that I've paid.Location is 15 min walk from Namba.The neighborhood as a konbini next door, a very tasty ramen place (Honolulu ramen).You'll be out of the Osaka hustle and bustle but at a fair reach.- Staff has been very helpful overall yet discreet.I would recommand staying there if you don't mind the walk.

The location is within a 10-minute walk from Namba Station.It's right in front of a convenience store and a coin laundry is a 3-minute walk away.You can get water from a water purifier on the first floor and it is clean.It's really hard to find accommodation at this price in this location.

At about 5,000 yen per night, it was reasonably priced. It is about a 10-minute walk from Rapi:t Station, but it takes about 20 minutes on foot to Dotonbori Glico Sign. It is similar in size to the general business hotel Toyoko Inn. Although I made a reservation excluding room cleaning at a special price from Agoda, one set of towels was hung on the doorknob every day, and although there was a refrigerator, there was no basic water provided. Personally, I think it would be a good alternative if you don't want to spend a lot of money to get a really good accommodation. The room is clean, and there is only a 110v outlet, so Koreans should bring a pig's nose.

The hotel address is about 7 minutes away from Nankai Tram, and the transportation is relatively convenient. The reception at the counter was good when I checked in. The staff were polite and the procedure was very convenient. There were no complicated procedures. The room is of medium size and reasonably equipped, nothing more and nothing less. In terms of hygiene, it was considered clean when I checked in on the first night. However, I stayed there for 5 days and did not even come in to clean the room or replenish supplies. No one even paid attention to the room cleaning sign. It was really disappointing. Unless I can't find a suitable hotel, I won't choose this hotel again
