Why is this place described as a 3-star hotel? It is actually a 1 star inn. This is the first lodging establishment that doesn't even provide water bottles. It's a funny inn where you have to open the door with a key and leave the key at the front desk every time you go to the convenience store next door. Absolutely not recommended. Pay 1,000 to 2,000 yen more and stay at the real hotel next door.

Even though it's close to the station, you can stay for less than 10,000 yen, which is helpful. The facilities are generally old, but it's ok because you're not staying for consecutive nights! The walls are thin so you can hear the door opening and closing next door and the sounds from upstairs (lol)I turn off the air conditioner because it makes me cough when I turn it on.

I stayed here to go see a play at Umeda Arts Theater. Access is very good, just walk through Grand Front Osaka from Osaka Station to the hotel. Grand Green Osaka, which has just opened, is also about 5 minutes away. There are many small bars between the hotel and the theater. The room was next to the elevator, so there was some noise in the evening, but there was no loud noise during the night. Shampoo, conditioner, and body shampoo were provided by Paula, and although it may be only for women, there were face packs, masks, and cleansers. This is not Paula. The hair dryer was Ionity.

Although the plumbing is undeniably old, it has the bare essentials and the staff is very responsive. However, the walls of the room were extremely thin. Everything from footsteps, sounds of daily life, and the sound of the TV is completely clear. I couldn't hear it from the exposed concrete side, but I could always hear noises from the other ceilings, floors, and walls. I can't recommend it at all to people who are concerned about noise.I couldn't sleep properly and got a little sick because of it. If you are staying overnight, it is best for you to refrain from watching TV at high volume or taking a shower without earphones during the night.

I have been using it every time I come to Osaka. It's close to Osaka Station, so you can get there without getting lost. The air conditioner sometimes makes a loud noise, which bothers me a bit, but my co-workers didn't seem to notice, so I think those who can sleep can do so.Everyone at the front desk is very responsive, so you can stay comfortably.
