Booked a stay last night on Countdown Day.-The owner's aunt talks very badly. Hardly a service person anymore. It's like asking to stay for free. But that day we really needed to stay there. no choice-Wait for the room for 2 hours and the room had strange dust.-There are other people who have already booked the room and are not staying. Please contact us for a refund.For anyone who has reserved through the app Recommend checking carefully before staying. But it's better than that. Go stay somewhere else. Very bad service Even though I didn't get a break But when you go to buy a drink, you need better service or better words. Drinks are expensive and don't taste good. Said it's not sweet, but it's sweet. and kept trying to chase and move the table Is something wrong? It's appropriate that people don't enter. It's a big mistake to waste money here.

YOU CAN NOT GET REFUND ONCE YOU PAY ON THE APP AND IT’S FAKE!!!!THIS HOTEL IS SCAM!!!!1. Encourage people to make reservations through Agoda at a very low price.(Amount paid by card during this process cannot be refunded)2. When you arrive at the hotel, they claim that the price was displayed incorrectly on Agoda and demand a much higher amount (about 7 times higher than what was posted on Agoda).3. When you are about to leave, negotiate the price.I didn't stay, but in the end, the money paid by card was paid and not refunded.WASTED TIME AND MONEY!!!It’s really annoying because you have baggages but you visit here and found it’s scam

Scam, we had a booking reservation and when we arrived and called a lady came and showed us a fraudulent message that the reservation had been canceled and told us that for the price that was 300 bats it was impossible, that it was 1000 now... I I went to another hotel, at 3am and alone in Bangkok...

"fraudulent hotel"They have a ganster at the hotel. When you come back to hotel on 10 PM, they close the hotel and they don’t want to open it for you and you can not acces the hotel. When you call the receptionist, he will get angry because you try to wake him up. They don't refund your deposit.

They deceived me, I had booked the date 9 at night to check in on the 10th and check out on the 11th, through Agoda. When I got there, a receptionist had called her boss (a Burmese woman) to talk to me but in the end we didn't understand each other, she told me "This is not the real price, it had caused an error in the app, the app showed it as 50 Baht per night but in reality it is more than 300 Baht per night for a mixed dormitory, I don't know what I should do" That did not apologize to me or take responsibility for what had happened to me... Very terrible... Seeing again its accommodation again in the app, it no longer exists, it is gone, it has disappeared. The worst thing is that I have paid for it, but in the end I no longer want a refund.

The room is extremely bad, the staff speaks badly, is not welcoming, the room is expensive, there is an additional charge. The key card doesn't work, there is no elevator, there is no management knowledge. and there is no one to take care of The housekeeper doesn't have the knowledge to open the room door.
