Very goooooood1. FacilitiesWe went with 3 people and it was spacious and nice. The bedroom has 3 beds, a TV, and you can watch Netflix! There is a small terrace in the bedroom, but I never went out because the weather was so hot. 에어컨은 거실, 침실 하나씩 다 있어요!2. ToiletThe bathroom and toilet are separated. The bathroom is clean and nice. 욕실에 세탁기도 있는데 단기라서 사용은 안했지만 옷이 너무 더러워졌을 경우 사용할 수 있으니 넘 좋은.3. Distance난바역에 가려면 10분정도 걸어야해서 거리 메리트는 없지만 멀진 않죠. 하지만 빡센 여행 일정이었어서 멀게 느껴졌더군요... 여유로운 일정이라면 아주 굿 초이스 될지도. :)4. Service무인 체크인 체크아웃 너무 편했습니다!! 어메니티는 1층에 다 있어서 (수건, 가운, 칫솔, 면도기, 빗) 자유롭게 가져가면 되어요. I stayed for 3 nights, and they cleaned it after 2 nights (I was embarrassed when I came in because I didn't know, I guess I didn't read the manual properly). I used it on a family trip.I think it's a good deal if you convert it to 8000 yen per person.Although the staff is remote and unattended, you can also do simple cooking in your room.Recommended for stays where you don't require service.

Clean and spacious rooms. One bedroom attached to a living room/ kitchen. Has microwave and fridge/freezer. Also included was a washer but you'll have to air dry clothes. Bathtub was a good size. In addition, if you stay multiple nights, you might want to get laundry detergents. About a 15-20 minute walk to dotonburi. One train station is about a 7-10 minute walk. They also started serving a breakfast buffet at the central hotel (about a 5 minute walk) for no additional cost. A reservation was required in advance sent through email. Check in through speaker at the front of the hotel, but after that most of my communication was via email.

It's a bit far from Dotonbori, but it's still within walking distance. I was satisfied because I felt like I got good quality accommodation at a cheaper price than I expected. There was a bit of noise at night, but it wasn't a big problem.
