We stayed for 12 days and 11 nights in September and October.I always stayed in central hotels in Osaka, but this trip was mainly on the Shinkansen using the JRwest pass, so I found it while searching around Shin-Osaka Station.In conclusion, this is an excellent accommodation with a friendly and responsive host. With two queen-sized beds, ample space under the bed, a kitchen with a dining table, a three-level separate toilet-sink-bathroom structure, and a terrace, this accommodation is very suitable for a mid- to long-term stay.The washing machine, air conditioner, medium-sized refrigerator, microwave, and induction cooker made us feel comfortable as if we were staying at home rather than traveling. In addition, there were many other items that showed the host's careful consideration, and refills for various consumables were prepared in advance in various drawers.Following the host's instructions (PDF file), we went to the accommodation from Shin-Osaka Station on the first day, but from the second day, we went through the closer Higashiyodogawa Station. If you calculate the walking distance to Shin-Osaka Station, the stairs, and the distance to the platform, Higashiyodogawa Station is more than half closer. Although it is a station where only local A Line stops, it has the effect of walking as little as possible before and after the trip, and when going to Osaka Station, you will take the A Line train from Shin-Osaka Station anyway.One thing that was disappointing was that the air conditioner was turned on at the end of September when the heat had not yet subsided, and the noise was quite high. If you turn on the high speed to cool down the heat quickly, the air conditioner makes a noise as if it is going to fall. It would be good if the host would check this.I still vividly remember the experience of ending the day by soaking in the bathtub after the trip and listening to the sound of the train outside the window. If I have a chance to travel to Osaka next time, this is an accommodation I would like to stay at again.Thank you, host.

Very nice accommodation, quite spacious for japan standard! proper, comfy beds too. It pretty much had every thing: vacuum cleaner, towels, stove, luggage scale, plates & utensils, etc.Location is very close to Shin-Osaka station, which is convenient if you're traveling with shinkansen. Personally don't mind the train sounds as it's not that loud. Aside from the station, it's a quiet neighborhood. There's a tasty takoyaki place nearby.
