I used it as a family trip.I have used Marriott hotels in Tokyo, Nara, Izu, Yamanakako, and Yokohama, but to be honest, this was the most disappointing trip I have ever had.The hotel's box was great, the rest was not so great, but it was like a five-star hotel.First, I searched for a route on the Marriott app and drove there, but it never arrived, and when I checked on the phone at the hotel, I was told that I was turning right at an intersection at a completely different point than when I told them my current location.I was told that the parking lot was across from Mode Gakuen, so I turned right towards the road across the road that said Mode Gakuen, and when I told them where I was, I was told that they weren't there.I asked if they could go out and show me around, and although they said they could, no one came.In the end, we traveled around the map destination for 4 to 5 weeks.Turn left at the intersection where you can see Mode Gakuen, not across from Mode Gakuen, and you will find an entrance that looks like it is nestled in the bushes. There were 4 adults in the car, but you would never be able to find that on your first visit. Please put up a sign. And then there's the service. Some of the front desk staff were very nice, but rather than being educated, it felt like each person was serving customers at their own level.I was told that although there is no lounge, there is free breakfast, but I was thinking that other hotels have lounges but are eligible for free breakfast as a platinum benefit. When I went to the breakfast venue, I thought it would be a little different from the others because the prices were so aggressive, but it turned out to be nothing. The number of items is about half that of Marriott Tokyo. I thought so. I was staying in two rooms, so I paid for one room to eat, but they suddenly brought me a piece of paper and placed my order without any explanation. What should I do? That's it.No, I won't understand unless you explain what kind of paper it is and who it's intended for...Only people who paid for the meal were given free meat udon noodles, and everyone else could eat an omelet or something. No, other Marriotts allow you to order omelettes on separate sheets of paper. I don't want it to be summarized in a way that is difficult to understand. The service was bad, I couldn't understand what the chef who was making the sushi was talking about, the miso soup was like a jar, so it was a pour-over type, and the price was high, so it was a really disappointing breakfast.Only the melon and salmon were delicious. The Marriott hotel had great customer service, hospitality, service, and food, and I was able to go home in a great mood, but this time, I wonder if Osaka is like this...I really felt like I was wondering what it was like.As a filial piety trip, it ended with a very disappointing feeling.I can't say much because I don't know about other hotels in Osaka, but I'm sure they'll repeat...I look forward to future improvements.
