This is the first time I have had to wait so long at check-in.Unless improvements are made by shortening the check-in process by making the check-in process more electronic, things will be tough in the future.Very satisfied with the room. I think if we improve the small details, the location is good and the view is good, and if we take advantage of those strengths, we can make it even better.There was construction going on around the parking lot, and there were no specific details on the website, so I got lost.

This is a hotel that just opened last month in a highly sought-after development area in Osaka, but it has been a series of disappointments.I told Canopy's front manager, ``If you think that the service and staff training is not good enough and will cause inconvenience to the guests, please give us a 20 to 30% discount as a trial price for the first two to three months after opening.'' I left it there.The manager said, ``That's true, but I think it would be best to postpone your stay at the hotel for two to three months immediately after the hotel opens.''Even after returning home, I still have doubts as to whether they really understand the feelings of their users.Throughout my stay in Osaka, I missed the delicious breakfast at the Miyakojima Hilton.

It took 30 minutes to check in (my friend said it took an hour), but I couldn't use my card key and had to go to the check-in counter again. I called the concierge but couldn't get a hold of them, so I went to the front desk myself. The rooms are clean, but the service is not good enough, so I would like to see it improved.All the employees are kind, but it's a shame.

It is brand new establishment, that opened only a month ago. So, like so many other hotels in the beginning, I expected some mishaps, but that was bot the case.LocationIt is not too near from the closest subway station, nor the Umeda station. The first time I visited this hotel, I myself had some difficulty finding the way, but luckily enough I found the easy way into the hotel - which happens to be the most efficient, if and when coming in to Osaka by train. (Via Grand font Osaka - south building - north building - green grand font in that order, you want to be on the 2nd floor and cross the bridges that interconnect each buildings)As mentioned by many, the location was not as close as I thought, but the Grand front Osaka /kiteume area has so much to offer and still a lot of potential for more.I would say the only downside is that, the CVS on the 2nd floor closes early, and after that you need to walk quite a bit to get to the 'cobini'RoomsI mean, its a new hotel, and everything is spot on. The amenities are thoughtful, the coffee and tea station is well organized, the TV has functions for you to stream netflix, the view (gosh the view) is breathtaking especially if you stay in the corner suite. You can get ice from a very efficient ice machine that is located right next to the elevators.FacilityI used the gym twice. It was a simple gym with two treadmills and some other machines and some weights. But you don't come here to exercise, meaning it was plenty.Restaurants they have, on the 11th floor serves breakfast, and free alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverages for the loyal tiers. It would've been better with a lounge, but it's a canopy. Different from a grand or a millenium Hilton.I had breakfast and room service, both of which were very satisfying, and moderately priced. Of the 2 times I stayed in the hotel, I had various kinds of food brought up to the room, of all which I enjoyed.The only downside would be the fact that cleaning up - taking the dishes out takes a long time for them.The staffThey are very kind and very helpful and in so many ways, some are more helpful than others, but I don't want to name names.The lobby(?) is situated on the 11th floor right in front of the elevators to the room. The fact that they said hello every single time I was going to/fro the room was a little embarrassing and awkward. But you can't dismiss kindness and hospitality, and that's what they were expressing. So mo complaints.Also they have a small souvenier shop(?) where you check in, so you can look around and buy some stuff, for yourself to use, or for a present for the loved onesAll in allI would definitely come here again and again. The location is a little difficult(?) to find, but once you've been here, it doesn't seem to be a problem at all. Highly recommended

I was planning to visit the Hilton Kyoto, which opened at the same time, but it was about a week before I visited. Congratulations on “Canopy’s first landing and opening in Japan.” This time, we arranged a [Premium View Room], and it was just the right size. The brand color is orange, so it's a pop and casual image. The furniture modeled after a refrigerator was interesting, and the workwear-like indoor wear was also nice. I was also happy to be able to find a Hilton hotel that has a good selection of amenities (consumable parts) for the first time in a while. Both Conrad and Curio have been working for several years due to the environment and cost reduction. Is it a brand called "Thank you"? The scent was really nice. (It has a Mandarin-like feel to the "Shanghai Tang" that was used on Conrad's club floor until about 10 years ago♪) Bamboo and non-plastic lumber are used = environmentally friendly and stylish. It was also good. Although the surrounding environment is still in the early stages of opening, access is limited, but we are looking forward to future growth and brand familiarization.As for a few improvement requests, I would like to see (1) the inability to view the room service menu on the website. ②I would like a microwave oven, even if there is only one in the building. (LAWSON on the 3rd floor has a lot of outside use, so it's extremely out of stock depending on the time of day.) ③ There is space for a refrigerator, but it's too small to keep deli items bought nearby. ④You might want some tissue paper in your room too. ⑤I wanted to know how to rent a Canopy bike and wanted to try riding one.I think it's a very comfortable hotel, so I'm looking forward to visiting again in six months or a year. Please do an anniversary project like Nakanoshima (Conrad).

The customer service attitude at the front desk was the worst. Business hotels are much better. It would be foolish to pay a not-so-cheap price because you feel unpleasant from the beginning.

It was a little confusing to get there from Osaka Station. Although there was no need to go out.Although I am a gold member, I was not able to receive service during prime time. Diamond members only. It's a shame because the September 6th news release also mentioned gold membership. This means before the root of your tongue dries out.There was no explanation of the upgrade (whether it was possible or not) and it wasn't even listed on the breakfast list. There were other unfortunate things as well. Only the room was new and nice.I thought it would have been better to spend a little more money and stay at the Conrad Osaka instead of staying here at the Hilton Osaka.
